We have four holiday apartments to let all year round (even Christmas and New Year!) in Filey, on the North Yorkshire Coast. This is our 2nd floor, 'HARMONY' self-contained holiday apartment which now has a Family Bedroom, which is Ideal for a young Family of up to 2 Adults and 2 Children.
All Apartments are Double Glazed, and have Heating throughout. They also have their own laundry washing & drying facilities & Free Wi-Fi.
We let out All Year round including Christmas & New Year, and we offer flexible lets from just 3 Nights plus.
'Harmony' is a 2nd Floor Apartment with a Family Bedroom to sleep 4, The Apartment briefly comprises: entrance vestibule, living room with dining area; kitchen; Family bedroom to sleep 4; with bunk bed to sleep 2 Children; Double bed to sleep 2 Adults, shower room.
This apartment sleeps up to 2 Adults and 2 Children and we are also able to provide, on request, a travel cot and/or high chair at no extra cost for you to use during your stay.
We provide all bedding and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. We also provide a selection of towels.
We offer flexible lets from 3 nights - all year round, including Christmas and New Year!

THE LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
This is a modern, open plan living space with 2 modern sofas, a glass coffee table, flat screen TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player. It also has a modern, glass dining table and 4 chairs, along with fitted electric hearing and free Wi-Fi.
THE KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is well-equipped and includes an under counter fridge and under counter freezer; double electric oven with 4 ring ceramic hob; a microwave oven; kettle and toaster. There is also a full size condenser dryer.
FAMILY BEDROOM
This room has a comfy Double Bed, and a full width 3 foot wide Bunk Bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers, Single wardrobe with shelf, clothes hanging space and drawers. There is fitted electric wall heating in this Bedroom.
UTILITY CUPBOARD
With Automatic Washing Machine
SHOWER ROOM
The shower room has an enclosed shower cubicle with electric shower unit, a hand wash basin, WC unit and fitted electric wall heating

About the Area
Our apartments are located in a Grade II listed building, which forms part of a row of Georgian style, terraced properties on a lovely, quiet street in Filey. Filey itself is a lovely, friendly seaside resort that retains its historic charm. It is also very popular with walkers and ramblers. Popular events held each year, include the Filey Food Festivals, Christmas Shopping Weekend, Steampunk Festival, and much more.The apartments are very conveniently located just around the corner from a wide selection of shops, cafés, bars etc., and just a short walk from the bus and train stations. They are also a short stroll from the award-winning Crescent Gardens, which overlook the bay and beach.
The Evron Centre is close by, which offers a wide selection of events and music shows.
There are many other coastal places to visit too, including Scarborough, Bridlington, Flamborough and Whitby.
