Caravan Description

Our family caravan is situated in a great location on Haven Reighton Sands Holiday Park, just a short walk from the main area and shops on site, yet far enough away from the noise of the main entertainment complex.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin with two single beds and a room with bunk beds. Maximum of 8 guests at any time, with use of pull out bed in lounge, please enquire.

Within the lounge/dining area there is a comfortable corner sofa and a dining area bench with fold-down, solid wood table and 4 chairs which are stored inside the table; great for freeing up space. A new 43” Smart TV (2023), DVD player and a selection of family DVDs is also provided, along with a sound system that can accept a 3.5mm aux line in. We provide a selection of games for you to enjoy too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tableware, cutlery and cooking accessories. We have installed a dishwasher too. There is a gas oven/hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster and a ¾ size fridge/freezer. We also have a table top ironing board and iron available for your use, as well as a hairdryer (situated in the main bedroom). A hoover is situated in the boiler cupboard if you need one. Based on customer feedback we have provided a small handheld vacuum and lamps in the living area and main bedroom for 2025.

There is a main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, plus a separate toilet with hand basin.

To enjoy the good views, we have a nice seating area outside on the secure decking, as well as a picnic bench on the grassed area. There is also a private parking bay at the rear of the caravan.

There are modern electric oil filled heaters in each of the bedrooms and bathroom, along with an electric panel heater in the lounge/kitchen area.

For young children we do have a travel cot, bedding will not be provided so please bring your own, plus we have a travel booster seat for the table at dinner times, it is not a full high chair.

*Please Note* We are dog owners, so dogs have been inside our caravan, therefore our caravan may not be suitable for anyone with a dog/pet allergy. We are happy to consider pets at our caravan, for an extra charge of £20 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Gas and electricity are included in the price of your holiday.

Smoking is NOT permitted. Owners are non-smokers, therefore smoking and vaping is strictly forbidden in the caravan or on the decking at any time.

Check-In/Out
Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 10.00am.Beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

Entertainment on the Park
Haven Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of your stay, but are readily available on site.

PLEASE NOTE

Short breaks in our caravan commence on Friday for a 3 night weekend or Monday for a 4 night mid-week break.

If you are booking a full 7 or 14 night break, you can check in either on a Monday or Friday. We offer a £50 reduction from the advertised pricing if your book 7 nights or more.

To book your stay with us, a £50 non-refundable deposit (which is taken off the balance of the holiday) should be paid to confirm and secure the booking.

The remaining balance, plus a £100 security deposit, must be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Your security deposit will be returned within 14 days of leaving the caravan, providing it is left in the same condition as you arrived with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

Key collection
Keys to the caravan can be found in the key safe attached to the caravan by the decking gate. You will receive a welcome pack the day before your break on how to find the caravan. The key box code will be provided to you on the morning of your stay.

Location

Reighton Sands Holiday Park is a Haven site so has a great deal of entertainment and facilities for children and adults alike.

On site there is a good size indoor pool with a lazy river outdoors; loads of sport and nature activities; a 9 hole golf course; a main entertainment complex (passes are needed to access); a laundrette and shop; a pub/restaurant; and a fish and chip outlet.

Reighton Sands Holiday Park is located between Bridlington and Filey, and is sited very close to the best beach on the Yorkshire coastline.

Access to the beach is via a slope from the Park. It is a short walk, but is steep in places. There is also a beach train to take you down and back up if needed.

The area has miles of accessible pathways for walking and tide permitting, the beach can be walked across to Filey Bay.
