Our holiday home is among the highest rated caravans on a Haven Holiday Park. It is on level ground on Maple Court, a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, yet close to all the park's facilities. The caravan is semi-private with tall hedging at the rear preventing a direct rear overlook onto the decking and grassed area. There is off-street parking for 2 cars. The entire caravan has double glazing, central heating, and residential insulation making it warm and cozy just like home.

The comfortable lounge has a built in L shaped sofa with scatter cushions for added comfort. A contemporary electric fire, coffee table and 40” flat screen TV, DVD player and games console. The front patio doors open onto a large furnished deck with a clear view of the sea.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed with upholstered headboard and over-head cabinets. A large wardrobe with 2 large drawers. 2 bedside tables with wall mounted lighting, en-suite bath and shower, 32” TV and vanity area with mirror and socket.

The second bedroom has full size twin beds with upholstered headboards, over-bed cabinets, a large single wardrobe, and vanity area with mirror and socket.

All beds have mattress covers, pillows and duvets. Fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillow cases are included in the rental price. However please bring your own bath and beach towels.

A family shower room is along the hall consisting of one piece shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin with storage below.

The kitchen has a double cavity gas oven with hob/grill, glass splash-back with light and extractor fan. A large Integrated 70/30 fridge-freezer and microwave. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay - kettle, toaster and a full set of pans, kitchen implements, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The dining area has a real wood finish dining table with four chairs in complimentary colour to worktops. Also, on the large side deck is a dining table with seating for 6 and the front deck features a table and seating for al fresco dining.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and a current gas safety certificate is in place.

All electrical items are PAT tested up to date. This is a NON-SMOKING and PET FREE holiday home.
