Our holiday home is one of the highest-rated caravans at Haven Holiday Park. It offers free unlimited Wi-Fi, spacious front and side decking, and beautiful sea views.

Situated on level ground in Maple Court, a peaceful cul-de-sac, the caravan is close to all the park's facilities. Tall hedging at the rear provides privacy for the decking and grassed area, while off-street parking is available for two cars. Double glazing, central heating and residential insulation make the caravan warm and cosy throughout the year.

Living and dining areas - The comfortable lounge features:

A built-in L-shaped sofa with scatter cushions
A contemporary electric fire and coffee table
A 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and games console
Front patio doors opening onto a large furnished deck with clear sea views
The indoor dining area has a wood-effect table with four chairs. Outside, the large side deck has a dining table with seating for six, while the front deck also offers seating for al fresco dining.

Bedrooms and bathrooms - The holiday home has two bedrooms.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with an upholstered headboard, overhead cabinets, a large wardrobe with two drawers, two bedside tables with wall-mounted lights, a 32-inch TV, and a vanity area with a mirror and socket. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The second bedroom has twin beds with overhead cabinets, a large single wardrobe, and a vanity area with a mirror and socket.

A family shower room is located off the hallway and includes a one-piece shower enclosure, toilet, washbasin and storage.

Mattress protectors, pillows and duvets are provided. Fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are included in the rental price. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

Kitchen - The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including:

A double-cavity gas oven with hob and grill
A glass splashback, light and extractor fan
An integrated 70/30 fridge-freezer
A microwave, kettle and toaster
Pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses
Safety and important information
For your safety and peace of mind, the caravan has a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. A current gas safety certificate is in place, and all electrical items have up-to-date PAT testing.
