Caravan Description

2017, three bedroom, silver star ABI Oakley static caravan with a lockable, gated veranda.

Within the living area we have a 43” 4k smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, sound bar, DVD player with DVDs, 8 seater sofa, coffee table, electric fire, board games, radiator, fitted carpets, USB sockets, unlimited Wi-Fi and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen consists of a gas oven/hot plate, kettle, microwave, double toaster, George Foreman grill, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, cutlery, washing up liquid Air fryer family size

Caravan has three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom with a double bed, 24” Freeview TV, double wardrobe, drawers, vanity unit with a stool & mirror, USB sockets, fitted carpet and a radiator – this room also benefits from an en-suite toilet with a washbasin.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, 24” smart TV, single wardrobe, drawers, mirror, USB sockets, fitted carpet and a radiator

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, single wardrobe, mirror, drawers, USB sockets and fitted carpet.

Bedding provided, along with a cot and highchair.

The family bathroom benefits from a power shower, toilet, wash basin, toilet rolls, extractor fan and a cabinet with a mirror.

There is a full veranda with a rattan garden suite and outside lights. You will find parking next to the caravan for more than one car.

My caravan has outstanding views and set in a quiet location, but just a 2 minute walk to the complex and a play area near for the children, so you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of the caravan. .its spotless and clean.


Booking
£50 non refundable deposit to book your holiday rest of the payment must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date £75 refundable bond is also required for any damage to the caravan you will get this back if no damage to the caravan you will get this back within 5 working days

Key number will be given to you on arrival date
