Caravan Description

The location of our caravan on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, is superb for lively family getaways or a quiet and relaxing retreat, situated on the corner of Linkfield Court, it is only a few minuets walk from the main strip.

We have taken every care to make it a home from home experience . There is FREE private Wi-Fi for all our guests and all bed linen is provided at no extra cost. Feel free to play the family board games in the living room or relax on the balcony with drink and a good book from the shelf.

With gas central heating, double glazing and everything you may need, you can be assured of a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

NEW for 2026 - We have fitted the wraparound balcony with mesh for those with smaller dogs/pups. Following the issues in the area with the local Wi-Fi provider we have changed to the 3 network and have had no issues since. We love to keep our caravan looking nice and feeling cosy, we have recently installed a new fridge/freezer in the kitchen and later this year we are looking to replace the hallway carpet with a modern style lino to help the guests enjoy their stay and not worry about walking to the bathroom in shoes after a day out.

The caravan is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, glassware, pans and even plastic tableware if you are wanting to relax and enjoy the outdoor decking area. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, small ironing board and iron and everything you will need for your vacation whether it be for one night or a full weeks stay.

The dining area will easily fit all guests and is located between the kitchen and living room. The living room provides lots of comfortable seating, electric fire for those cosy nights in, a large flat screen wall mounted smart TV with built in Firestick and USB side ports for easy access. The wall cupboards are full of books for those who love to curl up and enjoy a good read.

All 3 bedrooms have a wall-mounted, flat screen TV, plenty of drawers for your clothes, and wardrobes fully stocked with hangers. The main bedroom also has a dressing table, mirror and stool. Bedrooms comprise of; Main bedroom double bed, 2 twin rooms, the sofa in the living room turns into a double pull out bed for those extra guests.

The main bathroom comprises of a spacious shower, wash basin with a mirrored storage cupboard above, plus a toilet. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin next to the bathroom, for those busy families that just can't wait for the bathroom.

We DO NOT provide towels, so please remember to pack these before setting off.

All dogs are welcome in the caravan, there is a charge of £25 for dogs/pups and a maximum of 2 dogs. We also offer a discount for stays 7 nights and over so please feel free to message for a price.
