Welcome to our lovely three bedroom six berth Gold graded Swift Bordeaux caravan at Parkdean's 4 star Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall.

This modern caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a very large South Facing side deck with a Rattan furniture set including dining table and sun parasol. Private parking is right alongside the caravan which also features free Parkdean Wi-Fi.

The open plan lounge diner is very spacious and features an L-shaped sofa, full height windows to the front, as well as a wall mounted TV, DVD player, electric fire and coffee table with foot stools. The dining table is located between the Lounge and Kitchen and has seating for six people.

Our modern Kitchen is fully equipped with highline and low level cream coloured units with a 4 ring gas hob, gas grill and oven with extractor hood. It comes with a microwave, toaster and kettle as you would expect as well as a full size integrated fridge/freezer. We supply a full crockery and cutlery inventory including saucepans and baking trays etc and have now added an air fryer for your convenience.

The spacious master bedroom has a its own ensuite wc, a double bed, bedside cabinets, overhead units as well as a large double wardrobe and fitted dressing table with stool. The bedroom is large enough to fit in a travel cot at the foot of bed if required (not supplied).

Both of the twin bedrooms feature two single beds which can if preferred be pushed together to form doubles, they also have single wardrobes, a bedside cabinet and overhead storage. Please note that all beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors.

The master bathroom features a large walk in shower, sink with mirrored cupboard above, a WC and shelving.

This lovely family caravan is located at the quiet Sycamores area of the park on a fantastic South facing pitch which is just a 5 minute stroll to the entertainment complex.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival if required.

We let this caravan on a Friday to Friday basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00am. Short stays of a minimum of 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holiday dates subject to availability.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date and payment can be made by bank transfer. For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Please note that this caravan is strictly no smoking no pets.
