Due to Covid 19 we will be adhering to government cleaning guidelines and to ensure the well being of our guests we will regularly be using a commercial fogging machine to deep clean all soft furnishings.
Our spaciously, modern 2013, three bedroom, eight berth Swift Bordeaux caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. At a whopping 38 feet long by 12 feet wide this caravan provides all the comfort and space of a real home from home.
We have chosen a fantastic south facing pitch on the Sycamores area of the park which will allow you to enjoy our extensive decked balcony with outdoor furniture to the full and your own private parking space is directly alongside.
The lounge is bathed in daylight with its floor to ceiling windows covering the whole of the end wall, there is a stylish free standing L shaped sofa (including sofa bed) providing ample seating for all the family. We have provided a 32 inch TV/ DVD for your entertainment and beneath the large wall mirror is a contemporary electric fire if you choose not to use the central heating.
The dining area has a free standing table and 6 chairs opposite the open plan kitchen which comes fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay including a full sized oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan, microwave, full sized integrated fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.
The gorgeous master bedroom with its own private en-suite has a double bed with twin bedside cabinets as well as stylish overhead storage and shelving units. There is a full sized double wardrobe and separate dressing table area with mirror and drawer units as well as a handy make up stool. There are two further twin bedrooms all with central heating and ample storage space provided.
The shower room has a modern white suite incorporating a sink with wall vanity until and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower, there is also a separate WC.
This really is a stunning caravan on a fantastic pitch in one of the best holiday parks in the area so please feel free to contact me should you require any further information.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels with you although we do provide all duvets and pillows.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception if required.
To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. We charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75 with all bookings which is returned with 7 working days of your departure.
Our prices are based on a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 3.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM. I am also happy to accept weekend and midweek bookings subject to availability as long as they are for a minimum of 3 nights and outside of the school holiday periods.
We operate a strict no pets, no smoking policy in this caravan and please note that Newquay Holiday Park no longer permits commercial vehicles on the park..
Covid 19: Should the park be instructed to close under Covid 19 restrictions or a National lockdown be imposed we will be happy to offer to transfer your booking to a future date within the next 12 months subject to availability or offer a refund of your holiday cost minus the non refundable deposit.
