Our delightful three bedroom six berth Gold graded ABI Haywood pet friendly caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, it comes with a side deck with outside table and chairs and a private car parking space as well as en suite bathroom and the use of Parkdean's FREE customer Wi-Fi.

The spaciously modern lounge has plenty of seating on the L shaped sofa and there is also a good sized dinning table which seats 6. The lounge has a lovely flame effect electric fire should you decide that the central heating is not required and we have provided an LCD TV & DVD player with freeview for your entertainment along with a small selection of movies.

The modern fitted kitchen has rounded wall and floor oak effect units with burgundy soft close doors and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including full size oven and 4 ring gas hob with extractor hood and full height glass splash back, built in microwave, full size fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory. We have now also added an air fryer for your convenience.

The large master bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite WC and has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with wall mounted lights as well as overhead storage units. There is also a double wardrobe with built in drawers along with a dressing table and mirror with a handy seat underneath. you can also fit a travel cot in this room if required.

Both of the twin bedrooms have a pair of single beds, wall mounted shelving unit and lights as well as a single wardrobe. All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort. It is quite easy to push the single beds together to form a double if required.

The shower room is fitted with a modern white suite incorporating a WC, sink with a mirrored bathroom cabinet above and a large enclosed shower cubicle.

This delightful caravan is very well laid out as you would expect from a premium brand like ABI and is located at the quiet Meadows area of the park which is just a short walk from the entertainment complex.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival (if required) and will need to be shown to access the swimming pools and show bar.

We take great pride in our family caravan and work hard to keep it clean, comfortable and welcoming for all our lovely guests. As this is our privately owned family holiday home, we kindly ask that all guests treat the caravan and its contents with the same care and respect they would their own home and show consideration to our neighbours.
We are looking for friendly, respectful and considerate guests who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and will leave the caravan clean, tidy and well looked after. If you feel this describes what you are looking for from a caravan holiday we will be delighted to welcome you to our holiday home.

We let this caravan on a 7/14 night Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00am. Short stays of a minimum of 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holiday dates subject to availability as will extended 10 night stays.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made by bank transfer. For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an additional charge of £50 (max 2 dogs) and would encourage guests to provide their own sofa covers and not to allow dogs in the bedrooms.

Please note that this caravan is strictly no smoking or vaping.
