Caravan Description

Our three bedroom eight berth ABI Haywood caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, it comes with a side deck with outside table and chairs and a private car parking space as well as free Parkdean wifi.

The spaciously modern lounge has plenty of seating on the L shaped sofa (including sofa bed) and there is also a good sized dinning table which seats 6. The lounge has a lovely flame effect electric fire should you decide that the central heating is not required and we have provided an LCD TV & DVD player with freeview for your entertainment along with a small selection of movies.

Our luxury fitted kitchen has rounded wall and floor oak effect units with burgundy soft close doors and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including full size oven and 4 ring gas hob with chrome extractor and full height glass splash back, built in microwave, full size fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.

The spacious master bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite WC and has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with wall mounted lights as well as overhead storage units. There is also a double wardrobe with built in drawers along with a dressing table and mirror with a handy seat underneath.

Both twin bedrooms have a pair of single beds, wall mounted shelving unit and lights as well as a single wardrobe. All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort.

The shower room is fitted with a modern white suite incorporating a WC, sink with bathroom cabinet above and a large enclosed shower cubicle.

This delightful caravan is very well laid out as you would expect from a premium brand like ABI and is located at the quiet Meadows area of the park which is just a short walk from the entertainment complex.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival if required.

We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00AM. Short stays of a minimum of 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holiday dates subject to availability.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date and payment can be made by or bank transfer. For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

I am happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan (max 2 per booking) for an additional charge of £50 for the first dog and £25 for the second.
