28’x12’ Bluebird Breeze holiday caravan to let on Rockley Park in Dorset, located on Pine Ridge. It is double glazed & central heated, with a lounge area offering fantastic sea views over to Arne.

Our caravan is located near to the sailing beach, which is a two minute walk down the slope, with the club being just a five minute walk away.

This tastefully decorated, central heated and double glazed holiday home on Rockley Park, offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, which overlooks the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area seats 7. In the lounge there is a circular sofa, which incorporates a sofa bed, a TV with Freeview and a DVD player with selection of DVDs. There is also a CD player. Children's games and sports equipment can be found in the lounge cupboards.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin room, along with a sofa bed in the lounge, so the caravan will comfortably sleep six guests.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is parking for two medium cars alongside the caravan in the garden area, where you can also relax on the sun chairs or sun loungers provided.

Additional Information

We supply a double quilt and four pillows for the main bedroom; two single quilts and four pillows for the twin room; and a double quilt, plus two pillows for the sofa bed in the lounge - the quilt for this is stored on top of the wardrobe in the main double bedroom. All beds have mattress protectors.

Please bring quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and a shower mat. Alternatively, bedding can be supplied at £20 per room, per stay.

Check-in is after 2 pm. Check-out is by 11 am on your day of departure

The caravan key is in a key security box to the left of the door and the code will be provided before your arrival. Please ensure you place the key back in this box when you leave for the next holidaymaker.

Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price, but are readily available at an extra charge from Reception.

Passes will be required for the following on-site facilities:

. Shows and entertainment in the club, day and night
. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools
. Sports zone and crazy golf, football, archery, basketball, play areas (indoor & outdoor), tennis
. Restaurants in club – Mash and Barrell, fish restaurant, fish and chips, Papa John’s pizza


Out & About

The beach, which is a two minute walk down the slope to the right of the caravan; ideal for crabbing and fishing or you could just take the sun chairs and sit on the beach.

Should you wish to venture off site, there’s plenty of places to see and thing to do close by, including walks to the pier - walk up to Ham Common taking the path behind the tennis courts and take the path (look for yellow arrow). Then follow this round to another beach and pier, which will take you about 10 minutes. There is a fishing lake along the way too, which has nice views.

We have provided brochures in the cupboard above the TV for days out suggestions, e.g. Monkey World, Tank Museum, Farmer Palmers, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, Compton Acres, Brownsea Island, Weymouth, Swanage, Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Studland etc, etc.
