Our caravan is somewhere we love to spend time ourselves, so it’s fully equipped and thoughtfully set up to make your stay comfortable and stress-free.

Terms & Conditions
Please note: By paying a deposit, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 42 days before your holiday start date. If booking within this timeframe, full payment will be due at time of booking.

2. Security Deposit
A £100 security bond is required prior to your stay.
This will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Any damages, losses, or additional cleaning (e.g., carpets or upholstery) will be deducted from this amount.

3. Non-Payment
Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
In such cases, no payments will be refunded, and the dates may be re-advertised.

4. Pets (Dogs Only)
Dogs are welcome; however, guests must be respectful of the caravan, including furniture and carpets.
Dogs must be well-behaved and fully toilet trained.
Dogs are not permitted on furniture – please bring your own pet bedding.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time.
Any accidental damage caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Smoking & Vaping Policy
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
Smoking or vaping is permitted in outside areas only – please dispose of waste responsibly.

6. What’s Included
Duvets, pillows, and bed linen are provided for all beds.
Bath and beach towels are not provided.

7. Electric Vehicles
STRICTLY no charging of electric vehicles at the caravan under any circumstances.
This includes the use of standard sockets, extension leads, or portable (“granny”) chargers.
Attempting to charge an electric vehicle from the caravan power supply is a serious safety risk and is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this rule may result in immediate termination of the booking, loss of the security deposit, and liability for any damage caused.
Charging facilities are available at the main reception area within Rockley Park.

8. Keys & Access
Keys are stored in a secure key safe.
The access code will be sent via text message on the day of arrival.

9. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

10. Entertainment Passes
Entertainment passes are not included in the rental price.
These can be purchased directly from Rockley Park Reception.

11. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable holiday or travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or changes to their plans.
