Welcome to 'Paradise' , home from home - 40' x 13'5" luxury holiday home for hire on Haven's Rockley Park, with a stunning view of the harbour from an elevated position on the third row in a quiet location with a no through road. It has 2 bedrooms (comfortably sleeping 4) and 2 bathrooms (one with a full sized bath and shower over bath and a shower in the second bathroom).Book with confidence - our holiday home for hire on Rockley Park, is cleaned by a Haven approved cleaner between every stay to ensure the home is cleaned to the strictest standards.

Enjoy harbour facing, panoramic views while you hear the sounds and sights of the Poole Harbour waves and see the wildlife from the decking while you dine Al fresco if you desire.The harbour’s water edge is a stone’s throw away from the decking and accessible from a steps, which is less than a minutes’ walk away. The majority of holiday homes in this beauty spot are privately owned.The beach is just a slow paced 5-minute walk away from our home and the park centre is a 7-8 minutes in the opposite direction.

Our holiday home has double glazing and central heating, with radiators in every room - perfect for all seasons.

Inside, a modern, beachy, homely feel creates a lovely holiday vibe. The lounge has a comfortable and modern 3-piece suite, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, Freeview, Blue-ray/DVD, remote controlled real flame effect fire and coffee table.
The lounge area has harbour-facing front aspect sliding patio doors out onto the terrace and outside relaxing area plus table and chairs should you wish to dine outside.

The kitchen has an integrated gas oven and separate grill; an integrated microwave grill/combi oven; gas hob; plenty of cupboard space; a washing machine; full-sized American style fridge freezer - perfect for family sized weekly shopping; a vacuum; iron and ironing board; along with all pots and pans with ample crockery, cutlery, mugs and glass wear. The kitchen also has plenty of workspace and a breakfast bar for two, offering views directly looking out onto the harbour. In addition, there is a dining table with 4 very comfortable dining chairs.

The holiday home has two bathrooms. The main family bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower. The second bathroom is an en-suite to the master bedroom - this has a toilet, wash hand basin and a full-sized bath. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in dressing table, large built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The other bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together, a TV, overhead cupboards and a wardrobe with drawers.

The outside terrace caters for reasonable privacy and there is a gate that makes the veranda more secure.

Fun passes are not included in the hire price. These can be purchased from reception and will give you access to the facilities onsite.

Bed linen, t towels and hand towels are provided. There is free internet.

Smoking is prohibited.

Arrival Process:
Pre arrival, we will need to register all guests and your car registration with Rockley Park, who will then send you an access code to display in your car on arrival, so security will let you on site.
Arrival instructions and on-site directions, along with the Key Safe code, will be sent by e-mail on the day of your arrival date.
Our holiday home will be available from 3pm. Checkout is by 10am.

Terms & Conditions

Booking T&Cs
Please note that by making a deposit you are accepting the following Terms and conditions.
1. Bookings: The van can be booked with a deposit of £100 and is non refundable. The balance is to be paid no later than 42 days before your holiday is due to start.
2. A security bond of £100 is also required and this is fully refundable within a week of vacating after the cleaning inspection providing that there are no damages or losses. Should extra cleaning such as carpet and upholstery cleaning be required the cost will be deducted from this security deposit.
3. Non-payment: If no payment is received by the due dates, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds and the dates will be re-advertised.
4. Dogs are allowed and must be well behaved, and toilet trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, please provide your own dog beds. Dogs must never be left unattended at any time.
5. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the van. However, smoking is permitted on the outside areas, please ensure you clean up afterwards.
PLEASE NOTE: All duvets and pillows are provided for all the beds as is the bedlinen.
No bath/beach towels are provided.
The charging of electric cars is prohibited. Charging points can be found at the main reception area.
Keys can be collected from a key safe, the code for which will be texted to you on your day of arrival.
Check in is 3pm. Check out is by 10am.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can be purchased directly from Haven.
