Our lovely holiday home for hire on Rockley Park is situated on Harbour View and boasts beautiful views. It’s also just a short walk from the beach and all facilities.

Caravan Description
Our double glazed and central heated holiday home on Rockley Park is perfect for families and located in a quiet part of the holiday park, with great walks close by.
The caravan is fully equipped for all your holiday needs and includes a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dyer, fridge freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, air fryer and full cooker, as well as a TV.
The two bedrooms comprise of one main bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and an en-suite with shower, toilet and wash basin, along with one twin bedded room with wardrobe and drawers. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for 2 medium size adults) allowing 6 guests to be accommodated comfortably.
Along with the en-suite shower room there is a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Outside we’ve provided furniture so guests can sit out and relax, along with a BBQ. Please cover all outside furniture with covers provided and fold sun umbrellas EVERY NIGHT.
Bedding and bed linen will be provided. However, towels are not included, so please remember to bring with you.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. Balance must be received 14 days before the holiday start date. If this is not received, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds.
A £100 security deposit will also be required with the final payment. This will be refunded one week after departure subject to successful inspection and the return of the keys.
NO SMOKING allowed inside the holiday home. If smoking outside, please clean up thoroughly and bin all nubs etc.
Charging of electric vehicles is NOT allowed from the caravan and must be done only at Reception or a nearby pub.
KEYS for the caravan will be left in a key safe by the front door, the code for which will be provided on your day of arrival. Please remember to replace on departure, as well as when leaving the caravan for activities etc.
PLEASE ALWAYS REMOVED MUDDY AND/OR SANDY SHOES before entering the caravan.

Play Passes are NOT included, but are available for guests to purchase directly from Haven should they so wish. We recommend booking activities in advance.
