Due to Covid 19 we will be adhering to government cleaning guidelines and to ensure the well being of our guests we will regularly be using a commercial fogging machine to deep clean all soft furnishings.
Our 2014 three bedroom eight berth ABI Haywood caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, it comes with a large side deck with outside table and chairs and a private car parking space.
The spaciously modern lounge has plenty of seating on the L shaped sofa (including sofa bed) and there is also a good sized dinning table which seats 6. The lounge has a lovely flame effect electric fire should you decide that the central heating is not required and we have provided an LCD TV & DVD player with freeview for your entertainment along with a small selection of movies.
Our luxury fitted kitchen has rounded wall and floor oak effect units with burgundy soft close doors and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including full sized oven and 4 ring gas hob with chrome extractor and full height glass splash back, built in microwave, full size fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.
The spacious master bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite WC and has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with wall mounted lights as well as overhead storage units. There is also a double wardrobe with built in drawers along with a dressing table and mirror with a handy seat underneath and the addition of a wall mounted tv completes the feel of luxury.
Both twin bedrooms have a pair of single beds, wall mounted shelving unit and lights as well as a single wardrobe. All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort.
The shower room is fitted with a modern white suite incorporating a WC, sink with bathroom cabinet above and a large enclosed shower cubicle.
This delightful caravan is very well laid out as you would expect from a Premium brand like ABI and is located at the quiet Meadows area of the park which is just a short walk from the entertainment complex.
Please note in order to keep our prices as low as possible our guests will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels although we do supply all pillows and duvets.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception if required.
We operate a strict no smoking policy inside this caravan and Newquay Holiday Park no longer permits commercial vehicles on the park .
Well behaved pets maybe considered on an individual basis for an additional charge of £35 per week, maximum 1 per booking.
To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Please note that we charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75.00 with all first time bookings, this is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
Covid 19: Should the park be instructed to close under Covid 19 restrictions or a National lockdown be imposed we will be happy to offer to transfer your booking to a future date within the next 12 months subject to availability or offer a refund of your holiday cost minus the non refundable deposit.
