Our spacious 38’ 12’ Willerby Westmorland, double glazed holiday static caravan Row 1 Van 11 sleeps up to 8 people.

The spacious lounge has ample seating, a 32 “ TV with built-in DVD player and a selection of DVDs that you are welcome to use, a pull-out double bed and a gas fire.

There’s plenty of storage and shelving space for you to keep everything tucked away and a separate dining area with seating.

The nice size kitchen consists of a large gas cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, pots & pans, iron &ironing board, cleaning equipment and a hoover.

This caravan has 3 bedrooms - a double and two twin bedrooms with the added bonus of a pull-out bed in the lounge area, all have ample storage. Bedding is supplied, so you only need to bring towels.

There are electric heaters in each of the bedrooms to keep you nice and cosy.

The bathroom has a full size shower, toilet and washbasin, plus a heated towel panel. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin,

All pillows, duvets and linen are provided.

Both gas and electric are included in the rental price.


Booking Conditions

Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

Please note - Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (Park rules) Couples and families only.

Lead name must be 21+. All persons staying must be recorded on the booking form

A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday. The final balance must be paid 4 weeks before holiday commences or the caravan may be relet and your deposit will be lost.

Bookings must have a minimum of 1 weeks notice to allow for paperwork to be completed
Bookings are for Sat-Sat during all school holidays and bank holidays.

The £50 deposit will be on top of the final price, this will then be retained as the security bond and will be refunded after your holiday, within 7 to 14 working days. This is on condition that the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.
Please remove all rubbish and place in the rubbish bin outside the caravan

Payment is accepted by bank transfer.
