Caravan Description

This is our lovely premium ABI Oakley caravan on Coral Beach Leisure Park, which is next to Fantasy Island and just a short walk from Ingoldmells.
Fully double glazed and gas central heated throughout, this premium caravan has 3 bedrooms - a double with en suite, two twin bedded rooms, and a pull-out bed in the lounge area. All rooms have ample storage.
It boasts a fully equipped kitchen and spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a 32” TV/DVD player, plus a couple of board games to keep everyone entertained and a large collection of dvds to watch.
The caravan also benefits from having a full side and rear decking, collecting plenty of sun, complete with a table and chairs. An ashtray is provided to be used outside only. Smoking is NOT allowed in the caravan.
Bedding is supplied, so you only need to bring towels.

Booking Conditions
Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

Minimum 1 weeks notice for bookings
Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday during all school holidays and bank holidays .
A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday. The final balance must be paid 4 weeks before holiday commences or the caravan may be re let and your deposit will be lost.
A £50 security deposit will be added to the final price, which will be refunded after your holiday, within 7 to 10 working days. This is on condition that the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition, with no breakages or damage.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer.

About the Area
Coral Beach Leisure Park boasts the Coral Tap Room (based towards adults) and Sealands family entertainment bar with resident Pirate Peter and his crew, Rocky the croc and Mimi the princess mermaid. There are two chip shops on site too - Coral fish and chip shop and Sealands fish and chip shop, plus two arcades. There’s also a launderette to use.Coral Beach is situated close to Fantasy Island fun fair, two permanent markets and lots of amusements and bars. It’s also just a short distance from Butlin’s Resort.
