Caravan Description
This is our lovely Willerby Westmorland static holiday caravan for hire on Coral Beach Leisure Park in Ingoldmells, Row 80 Van 3 which is a short walk to Fantasy Island and just a short walk from shops and markets.
The spacious, open plan lounge has a 32” TV/DVD player, plus a couple of board games to keep everyone entertained and a large collection of DVDs to watch.
It boasts a fully equipped kitchen and spacious open plan lounge and dining area.
The nice sized kitchen has a large gas cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle and all pots, pans and cleaning equipment, along with an iron and iron board and hoover.
This caravan has 3 bedrooms - a double and two twin bedrooms with the added bonus of a pull-out bed in the lounge area, all have ample storage. Bedding is supplied, so you only need to bring towels.
The bathroom has a full size shower, and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin,
Smoking is strictly NOT allowed in the caravan.
Booking Conditions
Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
Please note - Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (Park rules) Couples and families only.
Lead name must be 21+. All persons staying must be recorded on the booking form
A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday. The final balance must be paid 4 weeks before holiday commences or the caravan may be relet and your deposit will be lost.
Bookings must have a minimum of 1 weeks notice to allow for paperwork to be completed
Bookings are for Sat-Sat during all school holidays and bank holidays.
The £50 deposit will be on top of the final price, this will then be retained as the security bond and will be refunded after your holiday, within 7 to 14 working days. This is on condition that the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.
Please remove all rubbish and place in the rubbish bin outside the caravan
Payment is accepted by bank transfer.

About the Area
Coral Beach Leisure Park boasts the Coral Tap Room (based towards adults) and Sealands family entertainment bar with resident Pirate Peter and his crew, Rocky the croc and Mimi the princess mermaid. There are two chip shops on site too - Coral fish and chip shop and Sealands fish and chip shop, plus two arcades. There’s also a launderette to use.Coral Beach is situated close to Fantasy Island fun fair, two permanent markets and lots of amusements and bars. It’s also just a short distance from Butlin’s Resort.
Skegness town centre is a short drive away boasting a large amount of amusements bars an lots of attractions.
