A very warm welcome awaits you at our private, family owned older style three bedroom ( sleeps 4+cot ) static caravan for hire at Sandhills Holiday Park in Bembridge on the beautiful Isle of Wight, included are towels & linen, beds made up for your arrival.

Wraparound decking area with rattan furniture private parking alongside with the most beautiful views.

Just a two minute stroll away from the beautiful Whitecliff Bay beach.

Three bedrooms consisting of one double and two single rooms which can also accommodate a travel cot (at no extra charge!). Each bedroom has ample storage space, all mattresses, pillows, duvets and linen are provided, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed for every booking, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

From the wraparound decking area you are greeted by beautiful views up to Culver Downs and glimpses of the sea.

Set in the beautiful countryside on the Eastern Coast of the island in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, nestled under Culver Down.

Sea Spray is in an ideal location for you and your family to relax and enjoy all the island as to offer.

There is a large, grassed area alongside Sea Spray, providing plenty of open space for the children to play.

We have the added bonus of a separate toilet and sink to the family shower room. From the lounge area, you can relax on the generous seating or enjoy the Smart TV or board games with the children , we also have a dining area with table and seating.

Private Wifi available

The kitchen is very well equipped with air fryer, microwave, fridge, 4 ring gas cooker and oven, toaster, electric kettle. Also supplied are dishcloths, scourers, tea towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, antibacterial spray, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and hoover.

Toilet rolls, and anti-bacterial hand wash are supplied in both bathrooms, please note we do not supply toiletries.

To save you room we can also provide you with a cot, highchair, booster seat, freshly laundered linen for baby, changing mat, please request when booking.

Outdoor seating on the wraparound decking, will certainly allow you to relax and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine (or two).

You can find a welcome pack of island produce upon arrival, even a small gift for the children.

Parking for two cars is available alongside Sea Spray.

There is a small washing line, pegs and clothes airer available.

Water, gas and electricity are included in our rental charges.

Please note bookings are usually taken Friday to Friday short breaks are available out of season only (min 3 nights).

All fire alarms and carbon monoxide sensors are tested weekly prior to your arrival and logged to ensure your safety, fire blanket and fire extinguisher are both provided, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes, vapes) and on the decking area.

Sorry, we DO NOT allow pets (site rules).

A £100 deposit will be required upon booking this will also secure your booking.

Discounted ferry travel both Wightlink and Red Funnel are available to guests, please discuss with us whilst booking.

Arrival time is 3pm, departure time 10am unless prior arrangement with us.

1.Introduction
1.1These terms and conditions set out the terms on which we agree to hire the above caravan to you. Guests are expected to behave in a reasonable way whilst on the Park and to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.2 We reserve the right to ask guests that contravene these terms and conditions or, who are behaving in a manner which, in the opinion of the Park Management, is likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors or members of the Park staff to leave the Park immediately. In these circumstances the holiday booking is cancelled and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you.

2.Arrival and Departure
2.1 Guests are kindly asked to report to Reception on arrival to collect their parking pass.(Reception opening hours are 9am- 5pm)
Our units are available from 3pm on day of arrival and we kindly ask you vacate by 10am on day of departure.
2.3 Maintenance and housekeeping is all completed by ourselves, checked before and after each let. Any breakages, damage or missing items, including keys, which occur during your stay will be charged to you. (Please log any breakages in the breakages book) We also reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning incurred after your departure.

3.Bookings
3.1 Sandhills operate a family friendly Park and therefore bookings of all male, female or young people will only be permitted by the sole discretion of ourselves.
3.2 Provisional bookings can only be taken if the starting date of hire is more than 30 days in advance.
3.3 Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days. If we have not received a completed booking form and security deposit of £100 we reserve the right to cancel the hire without notice.
3.4 The full balance of the hire charge is due 28 days prior to arrival, if the balance is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
3.5 On receipt of your booking form and deposit ( or full hire charge if less than 6 weeks before start date of the hire ) we will send you confirmation of booking.
3.6 Once your booking confirmation is issued if you are forced to cancel your holiday , for whatever reason, any monies paid less deposit element will only be refunded if the unit is re let. We must be notified of all cancellations in writing. If you cancel within 72 hours of the starting date of the hire of the unit or decide to depart earlier than the end date of your holiday no refunds will be given. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance to cover your booking in the event of having to cancel.

4.General
4.1. All units are non -smoking including e -cigarettes
4.2 We regret no dogs or other pets are permitted in the units or on the Park
4.3 Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times whilst on the Park.
4.4 Kites must not be flown on the Park
4.5 Games involving hard balls or other dangerous objects may not be played near the vicinity of the units or any other neighbouring caravans
4.6 Refuse must not be left or deposited outside, please use the refuse bins provided. These are located opposite the Reception /Shop
4.7 Any breakages or damage will be charged for.

5.Utilities
5.1. If you unfortunately experience any problems with your unit electrical, gas or water systems please contact either myself Joy on 07972715627 or Reception. You must not attempt to work on the systems yourself.
5.2 The changing of gas cylinders by anyone not expressly authorised to do so by us is prohibited. If you think you may have ran out of gas please contact Reception and they will change the bottle over for you. PLEASE DO NOT TRY AND CHANGE THE BOTTLE YOURSELF.

6.Vehicles and Boats
6.1 There is a 10mph speed limit on the Park which we kindly ask is adhered to at all times.
6.2 No vehicle except a private car is permitted on site, motorhomes, lorries, vans and commercial vehicles of any sort are only permitted by prior arrangement.
6.3 Only vehicles taxed and insured for use on public road may be kept on the Park
6.4 Unless you are visiting the Reception on day or arrival or departure we kindly ask for your vehicle to be parked next to the unit
6.5 Guests car passes should be displayed in their cars at all times whilst on the Park.
6.6 Boats are only permitted on the Park by prior arrangement.
6.7 Granny Charging of EV is strictly prohibited .For charging points across the island please refer to our visitors hand book .

Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Sandhills Holiday Park has a cliff top setting with breath-taking coastal views.

The sandy Whitecliff Bay is just a stroll away and can be accessed by Sandhills own private footpath.

Sandhills Holiday Park has a new children's play area that will keep the children entertained, a well-stocked shop with off licence for all those essentials, a launderette with washing machines and dryers, please note tokens will need to be purchased from reception.

Sandhills is a family run site aimed for couples and family groups. No Hen or Stag Parties please.

There are numerous, pubs, restaurants, cafes, children's activity play areas, etc to choose from on the island.

We have an extensive information booklet in Sea Spray with every attraction listed, leaflets and information on where to visit, what to see and do.

From beaches to bars, restaurants, model village, theme parks for the children, dinosaurs and even dinosaur bones, quaint chocolate shops, tea gardens, Island Gin & Vodka distillery, coastal walks, cycling there are lots of plenty of hidden gems, Osbourne House, Brading Roman Villa, Carisbrooke Castle all a must when visiting the island.

There is so much to see and do on the island, if this is your first visit, we are sure you will want to return again and again you will find all the information you need in Sandy Toes.

There are plenty of supermarkets to stock up on your holiday groceries, and favourite tipples, ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl and M&S, lots of Co-op stores dotted around the island, all details can be found in our information booklet.

Please note we are happy to accept on line grocery deliveries on day of arrival for you. Please enquire when booking with us.
