A very warm welcome awaits at our delightful family owned 6 berth caravan 'Sandy Toes', ideally situated at Sandhills Bembridge on the beautiful Isle of Wight

With great discount on both Wightlink and Red Funnel ferries available too! We will even book the ferry for you.

Set in the beautiful countryside on the eastern coast of the Isle of Wight in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty nestled under Culver Down you will find ‘Sandy Toes’; Delightful Nautically themed, very well-equipped, spacious, modern and comfortable holiday home.

Sandy Toes is ideally located to explore the island

Currently set back from the park's road, nice and peaceful with fabulous jobviews over to Portsmouth and the neighbouring countryside.

Please note Sandy Toes will be relocated during the winter closer. We will be relocating further down the site and will have fabulous sea views also beautiful views upto Culver Downs. Sandy Toes will be known as Sandy Toes (E69)

Comprising of one double room with en-suite (sink and WC), twin room and family shower room, lounge area, you can relax on the generous seating area which also pulls out to make a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress.( Extra linen supplied )

Sandy Toes has been fully renovated to a high standard a real home from home with all the comforts you would expect when holidaying. Private Wifi Double glazed with central heating, gas fire in the lounge area, for those cosy mild nights.

Each bedroom has Freeview TV, ample storage space, all mattresses, pillows, duvets and linen are provided.
Mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed for every booking, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Beds are made up for your arrival.

Open plan kitchen/lounge, with dining seating area for 6, Smart TV with separate DVD

The kitchen is very well equipped with Airfryer, microwave, fridge/ freezer, 4 ring gas cooker and oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle. Also supplied are dishcloths, scorers, tea towels, kitchen roll, toilet rolls washing up liquid, antibacterial spray, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hoover, DAB radio, assortment of DVDs and various games for the children.

All linen and towels are supplied (we kindly request you bring your own beach towels). Toilet rolls and anti-bacterial hand wash are supplied in both bathrooms, please note we do not supply toiletries.

Being new Grandparents ourselves we know how much extra room babies take up when packing up the car so we offer the use of travel cot, highchair, booster seat, freshly laundered linen for baby, changing mat, pushchair and safety gate, children's toilet seat are all available upon request at no extra charge. Please request at time of booking.

Outdoor seating on the secure gated wrap around decking, with outdoor solar lighting for those summer evenings, will certainly allow you to relax and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine (or two) . Picnic bench, sun loungers & BBQ available.( We kindly ask you to supply your own charcoal)

You will enjoy a welcome pack full of fresh Island produce on arrival, even a small gift for the children.

Parking for 2 cars is available directly alongside Sandy Toes. (Permit required from Reception)

There is a small washing line, pegs, linen basket and clothes airer are available.

Water, gas and electricity are included in our rental charges, all you need to do is relax and enjoy.

Please note bookings are usually taken Saturday to Saturday , but we can be flexible out of season, short breaks are available out of season only (min 3 nights).

All fire alarms and carbon monoxide sensors are tested weekly prior to your arrival and logged to ensure your safety, fire blanket and fire extinguisher are both provided, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors ( Inc e cigarettes) also on decking area.

Sorry, we do not allow pets (site rules).

A £100 security deposit will be required upon booking this will also secure your booking. Balance will be required 28 days prior to arrival

Discounted ferry travel both Wightlink and Red Funnel are available to guests, please discuss with us whilst booking.

Arrival time is 3pm, departure time 10am unless prior arrangement with us.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sandhills Holiday Park has a cliff top setting with breath-taking coastal views.

The sandy Whitecliff Bay is just a stroll away and can be accessed by Sandhills own private footpath.

Sandhills Holiday Park has a children's play area that will keep the children entertained, a well-stocked shop with off licence for all those essentials, a launderette with washing machines and dryers, please note tokens will need to be purchased from reception.

Sandhills is a family run site aimed for couples and family groups. No Hen or Stag Parties please.

Private path down to the Whitecliff Bay beach, a short stroll away from Sandy Toes
Phone Box and Post Box at Reception open daily from 9am to 5pm during the peak season

There are numerous, pubs, restaurants, cafes, children's activity play areas, etc to choose from on the island.

We have an extensive information booklet in Sandy Toes with every attraction listed, leaflets and information on where to visit, what to see and do.

From beaches to bars, restaurants, model village, theme parks for the children, dinosaurs and even dinosaur bones, quaint chocolate shops, tea gardens, Island Gin & Vodka distillery, coastal walks, cycling there are lots of plenty of hidden gems, Osbourne House, Brading Roman Villa, Carisbrooke Castle all a must when visiting the island.

There is so much to see and do on the island, if this is your first visit, we are sure you will want to return again and again you will find all the information you need in Sandy Toes.

There are plenty of supermarkets to stock up on your holiday groceries, and favourite tipples, ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl and M&S, lots of Co-op stores dotted around the island, all details can be found in our information booklet.

Please note: We welcome on line grocery deliveries on day of your arrival. Please discuss with us and we will be more than happy to assist.

Living locally, we complete all our changeovers ourselves to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. We are on hand if you need any advice or assistance, we will do our best to help. In hiring Sandy Toes, you are expected to adhere to the regulations of the park which exists to ensure Sandhills Holiday Park does remain a quiet family orientated paradise providing the ideal base for a busy active stay or enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful surrounding.
