Devon Cliffs Holiday Park sits proudly as one of the biggest parks in the Haven family. There’s acres of fun for all here, and an award-winning beach is just a stone’s throw away.



Our Space

Our caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in all seasons.

The lounge is bright and spacious, featuring a large seating area along with a dining table and chairs, TV and electric fire — perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes all utensils, crockery, a fridge freezer, gas cooker, toaster, kettle and microwave.

There are three bedrooms in the caravan. Two bedrooms each have twin beds, while the main bedroom has a standard double bed. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. There is also the option to have the sofa bed in the lounge prepared if required.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and wash basin, with a separate toilet located next door for added convenience.

All beds will be made up prior to check-in. On departure, please strip all beds and place used linen in the bathroom.

Please note that passes are not included. These can be purchased on site from reception or online via an invitation once your booking is confirmed.

Please also note that entertainment, restaurant facilities, the swimming pool and most on-site activities close after the first weekend of November and reopen in March.

Same-sex groups are not permitted.

About the Area

You are located approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the main on-site amenities, which include a restaurant, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, crazy golf, tennis courts and nightly entertainment in the show bar. The beach is around a 5-minute walk away and also has its own restaurant.

On site, there is a Wetherspoon restaurant offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Additional food outlets include a fish and chip shop and Papa John’s, which delivers directly to the caravan.

Near reception, you’ll find a launderette with large washing machines and dryers, making it easy to travel light. There is also a well-stocked general store for everyday essentials.
