Caravan Description

Our Space. We have a 3 bedroom Swift Loire caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, benefitting from double glazing and central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in all seasons.

Complete with its own parking space, our Devon Cliffs caravan is perfect for family stays.

Our Caravan

The lounge is bright and spacious, featuring a large seating area, and a dining table with chairs. Along with the sea view from the lounge window, there’s also a TV and electric fire — perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes all utensils, crockery, a fridge freezer, gas cooker, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and wash basin, with a separate toilet located next door for added convenience.

There are three bedrooms in the caravan. Two bedrooms each have twin beds, while the main bedroom has a standard double bed.

All beds are made up ready for your arrival. There is also the option to have the sofa bed in the lounge prepared if required.

On departure, please strip all beds and place used linen in the bathroom.

Please note that passes are not included in our caravan rental price. Guests can purchase on site from Reception or online via an invitation once your booking is confirmed.

Please also note that entertainment, restaurant facilities, the swimming pool and most on-site activities close after the first weekend of November and re-open in March.

Same-sex groups are not permitted.



Terms & Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions if staying at Blue Willow Haven Caravans.

On top of the quoted price of your holiday, there is a £100 Respect or Replace (usually fully), REFUNDABLE damage deposit from which deductions will be made for loss, damage or additional cleaning.

We ask that you assist our cleaner by stripping beds before you leave. This helps us keep everyone's costs to a minimum!

Prices include bedding with beds made up prior to arrival, heating if required, any child friendly equipment (highchair, bed guard, tell me what you need and I'll see if I've got it- which will save you filling the car!) free unlimited secured Wi-Fi from our own private router and a cleaning fee.

Please do not let dogs on the furniture unless a blanket is being used.

There is a £50 non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking to secure dates, which will be deducted from the total amount of your holiday left to pay.

The balance will be due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. If payment is not received by this date (confirmed on booking), your £50 deposit will be retained, and your booking will be cancelled.

Please be aware that there is also a £25 late check out charge for each additional 30 minutes after 10 am*

All payments will receive an emailed receipt within one working day of us receiving payment.

Once final payment has been made, I will need contact details along with car reg and guest names for adults. This will then be added to the Haven website and your account will be created. You will then be able to book any passes and activities



Cancellations

There will be an ascending % refund of cancellations, with no shows resulting in zero refund. This is as follows:

Unfortunately, if you cancel within 7 days of your holiday, you will receive only 25% of the cost of your holiday
2 weeks notice of cancellation prior to your arrival = 50% refund,

3 weeks notice of cancellation prior to your arrival = 75% refund
If you cancel up to and including 4 weeks of your arrival date, there will be no charge, and a full refund will be offered, or we can try and arrange a different date for you.

We highly recommend that you take out your OWN holiday insurance to cover any eventualities.
