We have a beautiful, semi-detached house for holiday hire, located in Les Jardins des Bastides in the Var region of South France.

House Description
Our lovely home has been loved by us for the last 10 years and not previously rented out. When we purchased this house, we added air con, replaced the kitchen, and added a private swimming pool.
We have three bedrooms, two upstairs with a smaller shower room and WC. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, making it easier for disabled access, although we cannot for definite say it is wheelchair friendly as we are not sure if the doors are potentially not wide enough for every chair. We also have an additional downstairs shower room that has a large shower, sink and WC (no bath).
In the modern kitchen, we have everything you will need for your french getaway, including a wine fridge, beer fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.
Outside we have a gate leading to the tiled back garden and a patio, including a BBQ and Plancha. We have off street parking available for several cars.
We offer discounts for longer term rentals including several months at a time. Currently 90 days is our maximum.
We will also consider small dogs but we do have a few rules we insist on.
No dogs are permitted on the furniture within the house.
The flooring is tiles and easy to steam clean.
Within our home we have a robot cleaner that vacuums and mops. This is set to clean daily. In addition we have cleaning items for extra cleans.
We also have a pool robot that will be explained to you. It is important that you follow the very simple instructions.
Our pool also has an electric cover if you are concerned about young children. The back patio doors to the garden also have electric shutters.

About the Area
What can I say about the area?We are in the Gulf de St Tropez. You couldn’t be better located for all that Cote D’Azur, and the French Riviera have to offer.
The town we are in is called Cogolin. This is a proper French rien including having a restaurant with lights in the tree and the well outside. Think “It’s a good year!”
We are within an easy drive to all the local beaches, marinas and of course the famous St Tropez.
For people who prefer not to drive there is a beach bus that runs from the town to the marina regularly during peak season.
