Gulf of St Tropez. A lovely little air conditioned, 2 bedroom mobile home for hire on 4star Camping l’Argentiere in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez.

The mobile home is on a lovely, private plot and includes a decked area and a garden area. The garden also has a gazebo for lovely long lunches. The decking has both a covered and a full sun area.

Our mobile home on Camping l'Argentiere, has 2 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a double bedroom and a multi-use triple room that can be used as a double with an overhead child’s bunk, a triple and a single, or, with the removal of the third bed, just a bunk bedroom to create a little more space. The fitted sofa in the lounge, pulls out into a bed, although I would prefer not to have more than 5 people as the sofa bed in the lounge is more suited to temporary sleeping. It can at a push accommodate 6. I do not allow 6 adults. This would be maximum numbers for a family group only.

Bed linen is not automatically included. However, we can provide linen packs at a small additional charge. Anyone booking the packs will be asked to wash the linen as they leave. We will then dry and iron them, but not wash (there is a washing machine in the mobile home). We politely request that beach towels are washed in the laundry room on site as the washing machine in the mobile is only a domestic one and we want to be able to guarantee it working and cleaning properly for the next person. Sand is damaging.

Camping l’Argentiere is a beautiful site, open from April to September, and will only be rented out for 6 weeks of the year. Whilst multiple dates will be listed I will only accept 6 weeks of rentals. The remainder of the time it will be occupied by family. It is therefore very much loved.

Nestled in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez, this beautiful family friendly campsite is set in a natural park, surrounded with shade naturally formed by the abundance of trees, flowers and general greenery.

On site there are 5 amazing open air swimming pools including a children’s pool with water games. The site has the usual things too, including some evening entertainment, a restaurant, take away, small shop, tennis, small water slide and bar. There are also 3 fixed barbecues that can be used on a first come, first served basis.

Although our mobile home has a shower, may I suggest you try the shower block? It is so clean and the cubicles are a bit bigger.

Camping l’Argentiere is perfectly situated. The small town of Cogolin has a large supermarket, fantastic restaurants and of course, shops and bakeries.

A short walk away from the Camping l’Argentiere is La Halle de Grimaud; a wonderful place selling organic and local products. They sell oysters, fresh fish and meats. In the summer months they have evening entertainment too. Affectionately known locally as the ‘after beach place’, it turns in to a place where you can order your food from the market and they will cook and serve it for you. Some evenings they have a disco and sometimes live music.

Camping l’Argentiere is close to the Marine du Cogolin harbour and beach (6km drive). From here you can take a boat to Port Grimaud, Ste Maxime and the famed St Tropez.

I could talk for hours about all that the area has to offer, but the best way is to experience it for yourself!
