The two comfortable bedrooms promise peaceful nights, while the open-plan living area is ideal for lazy mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings watching the sunset.
Outside, there is a full wrap-around decking, with seating to breathe in the fresh sea air as you sip a glass of wine, enjoy an alfresco meal, or simply soak up the panoramic views of the coast.
With private parking right outside, coming and going is effortless.
You’ll also love being just a short stroll from the park’s fantastic amenities—perfect for days when you fancy a swim, a bite to eat, or a bit of entertainment before returning to your peaceful Sea Side Lodge.

Our Vogue can accommodate a family or 4 or, if with a baby, toddler, infant, we have a travel cot or a put me up bed which the master room has space for so can take our number to 5. We are pet free.
If all individual adults, our max number is 3.
if all same sex group our max number is 3 (haven rules)

The dining area boasts a freestanding table and chairs, with pendant lighting where you can relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends.

The lounge is designed for comfort and has a three seater with electric foot rest , a two seater sofa, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps for softer lighting, an electric flame-effect fire suite with remote control, and Bluetooth speakers within the ceiling to connect to your phone to listen to your favourite music. There is also a 32” Smart TV with Sky HD (free channels), and a Roku stick for streaming your favourite apps. A DVD player and a selection of DVDs is also provided for those cooler or rainy days, along with some family board games.

A sliding patio door leads out from the lounge onto the gated decking with seating; perfect for outdoor meals or enjoying the stunning sea view.

We offer FREE unlimited mobile 5G internet for our guests.

Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed with a new luxurious Duvalay Gold mattress topped with a 5cm memory foam layer for ultimate comfort. Bedside cabinets with wall-mounted lamps provide convenience and a warm ambiance. The room also includes a private ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, a dedicated dressing area, and a walk-in wardrobe. large windows allow natural light into the room as well as a roof skylight.

Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom offers two full-size 3ft x 6ft beds, each with new Duvalay Gold mattresses and 5cm memory foam topper for restful sleep. Cleverly designed with overhead cupboards and shelving for extra storage, the room is also has a 19” Freeview Combi TV for entertainment.
All bedrooms have luxury bedding, including hotel-quality pillows & duvets, and beds will be made up for your arrival.

Shower room
The family bathroom offers a double shower enclosure with bi-folding doors thermostatic controls, mirror with shelving unit, shaver point, heated towel rail and storage above the WC.
We supply soap at sinks, bath towels, hand towels and a selection of shampoo and shower gel for your stay.

Bookings & Policies
We aim to make your booking process as simple as possible. Please send us the following information to complete your reservation:
Names of all guests
Ages of children (5-15) and infants (0-4)
Home address, email, phone number, and car registration (or mode of transport)
Please note that a £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of departure, provided the holiday home is left as found.

Electric Vehicle Charging: No EV charging from the holiday home, please use fast chargers in the main car park.
We welcome families and couples. Please do not inquire about bookings for hen/stag parties.
Should you be a same sex group our maximum number of guests is 3, Haven rules.

Booking Information
Thank you for viewing our advert. All pricing details are available under the "Price and Availability" tab.

Play Passes & Activities: Please be aware play passes are not included within the cost of your break, and must be purchased online or on arrival from reception.
Private rental guests can purchase Play Passes and book activities up to 12 weeks before arrival.
Play Pass gives access to the swimming pool, entertainment, arcades, restaurants, bars, please note some activities may incur additional charges.

Swimming: Book up to 14 swim sessions, 4 weeks before arrival.
Activities: Free and paid activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance.
Restaurants: Pre-book tables 12 weeks prior, or wait to be seated on arrival.
Entertainment: First-come, first-served. Show your Play Pass for entry.
You can access the restaurant, bar and arcades without purchasing a play pass.

Enjoy the outdoors with beaches, rock pooling, cycling, and more.
Essential items available at the on-site supermarket or chip shop.
