New for 2024 is our absolutely stunning ABI Beaumont; a luxurious, spa-like, 3 bedroom lodge retreat for hire at Seton Sands Holiday Village.

Seton Sands Holiday Village is located on the outskirts of Edinburgh on Scotland's Golf Coast and our stunning holiday home is situated in a beautiful part of the Park in a quiet, mature, cul-de-sac with a lovely outlook. It’s also just a 2 minute walk from the beach and all amenities.

Our new central heated and double glazed family holiday home is exceptionally spacious at 42’ x 14’, and provides a beautiful spa-like retreat.

It is luxuriously appointed, thoroughly stylish and packed with handy mod cons. There are panoramic sliding doors to the front veranda and a further side door to a second veranda, which will be cooler during the warm summer months.

There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with free-standing sofas, free-standing dining table with chairs and a fully equipped, Shaker inspired kitchen. Within the kitchen is a 5 burner gas hob (including wok burner), an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The three bedrooms have exclusive pocket sprung mattresses for extra comfort. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and en-suite. The two further bedrooms are excellently sized twin rooms, so our home will comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

There is also a family bathroom.

The outside decking areas each have a table and chairs.

This is a brand new, insulated, residential spec lodge with high-performance glass fitted to all doors and windows, providing a high thermal performance and cosy atmosphere at any time of the year.

All fresh bed linen is provided, along with hand towels in both bathrooms.

Also provided is an iron, ironing board, air fryer, hair dryer and all the basic essentials.

...and let's not forget FREE Wi-Fi.

Free complimentary coffee, tea and sugar is provided. We also supply hand wash, washing up liquid, tea towels and cleaning cloths, plus washing machine and dishwasher tablets.

Bookings & Conditions

We offer 3, 4 and 7 night stays with arrivals on a Monday or Friday.

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Play/Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental cost, but can be purchased by you directly from Haven.

Please note that Haven do not permit bookings from young groups of people, hen or stag parties.
