Caravan Description
Brand new 2023 caravan that is conveniently set between Edinburgh and North Berwick. It is the perfect place for summer vacations with the children or a relaxing getaway for couples.
The space
All rooms have heating and double glazing, in the lounge there two comfortable settees, a 50” LCD TV with Amazon Fire stick (so you can still stream your favourite shows & movies), a gas fire and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, and utensils. Also provided are complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
All bed linen, duvets, pillows, and towels are included.
Outside there is a gated wraparound decking area, rattan seating, BBQ, outdoor games – badminton and swing ball. The caravan also has a patio space that can be used weather permitted. A private parking bay is available beside the caravan.
The caravan is set in a quiet, peaceful location near the top of the park with an open grassy area at the front and golf course behind (away from main roads and the entertainment complex).
Guest Access and Things to Note
Check out is strictly 10am, if you leave after 10am you may be charged an extra night’s fee depending on how late you check out.
Guests are responsible for looking after the caravan during their stay. We do not impose any hidden charges, such as pet fees etc. but we do expect the caravan to be left in the same clean and tidy condition that it was in when you arrived.
There is a key safe on arrival in case owner cannot to present for your arrival.
Guests should note that the price paid is for the caravan ONLY. Fun/entertainment passes that permit access to the pool and leisure facilities need to be purchased separately at Seton Sands reception.
Haven’s Seton Sands Holiday Park
The bus stop and entertainment complex are a 5 minute walk away from the caravan, you can be there resting quietly or sitting outside without any noise to disturb you.
Within the entertainment complex there is also a show bar that younger children can enjoy and a pub/restaurant for you to have a drink or meal etc.
At Seton Sands there are restaurants, bars, swimming pool, arcade, activities centre, 9 hole golf course, nature walks, laundrette, shop, take away, chip shop and play parks.
Outside the site is the main bus stop where you can travel to Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
The beach is right outside the site where kids can enjoy the rock pools or just playing in the sand.
