Caravan Description
Our central heated and double glazed, three bedroom static caravan situated 5 minutes from the beach and entertainment complex at Seton Sands Holiday Park in Port Seton, Scotland.
Our holiday home sleeps 6 and consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms with twin beds, there is a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet with a washbasin, the caravan has full central heating and double glazing throughout.
All beds have mattress and pillow protectors and will be made up before your arrival, toilet rolls, handwash, cleaning products are also provided and we supply guests with hand towels, (no bath towels).
In the open plan lounge there is seating to relax, an electric coal effect fire, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, (tea, coffee and sugar are provided). There is also a TV, DVD player, Games console with a selection of games and free Wi-Fi.
Outside there is ramped decking with patio furniture to relax on a warm evening, (no barbeques on the decking please).
You have your own designated parking spot 20 second walk to/from caravan. Access to the caravan is by way of a key safe box which is mounted on the storage container to the rear of the caravan, the code will be given before arrival.
Our holiday home is situated in an area with a clear outlook to grassed area (safe for young children), the beach is less than a 5 min walk as is the Entertainment complex, grocery shop, restaurant, take away fish and chip shop and laundrette, there is also a 9 hole golf course on site to the rear of the park.
Location
The park complex has an indoor swimming pool, double flumes and a range of water activities for the kids, the restaurant, arcade and show bar are also here, near the complex there is an outdoor swing park, there is also for hire, push peddle karts and paid activities like archery and a climbing wall to name a few.
To access the show bar, swimming and some activities guests require Play Passes, these can be purchased from Haven, you do not need Play Passes to access the restaurant, arcade or takeaway. If using the laundrette, tokens can be bought from the grocery shop.

About the Area
As I have mentioned the beach is a short walk away, but a little bit further, (less than a mile by car, turn right when leaving the park) is Longniddry Bents 1 and a bit further is Longniddry Bents 2, both have lovely sandy beaches, both have toilets and outdoor shower, there is a small charge for parking at these two sites.If you plan to visit Edinburgh there is a bus (26) leaves from the park entrance, or there are 2 train stations a short drive from the Holiday Village, Prestonpans and Longniddry, where there are ample parking spaces, the bus journey time is approximately 1 hour, the train about 17 minutes.
