Lodge Description

Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom, 6 berth 'Platinum' lodge located in the beautiful Golf Village section at Haven's Seton Sands Holiday Village, with stunning views out over the Fiver Forth

Our Willerby Vogue, 42' x 14' lodge is double glazed, centrally heated and located right next to the golf course and the nature walk. It is in a lovely, quiet part of the park yet is just a 5 minute walk from all the facilities.

Living Room
The very spacious living room has a comfy corner settee with pull-out double bed, a TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen
The kitchen has all mod cons, including a hob, oven, grill, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, under counter fridge with separate freezer, plus a washing machine/tumble drier.

Shower Room
The spacious and modern shower room has a large shower with folding shower door, a wash basin and toilet.

Twin Bedroom
This room has full size single beds and small wardrobe, along with a small TV/DVD player. Beds can be put together to create a double bed.

Master En-suite Bedroom
In the master bedroom you will enjoy a king size bed, 22" TV/DVD, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, a wash basin and toilet.

Outside
We have a veranda to the front and decking to the side of the lodge with seating for 4 people and a table.

***Our prices are for Monday to Friday breaks only - high season June, July and August £350 + £50 returnable damages waiver. Any other time £250 + £50 returnable damages deposit*** We may be able to offer some full week dates please enquire about availabity and prices.

Additional Information

Beds will be made up for your arrival, but please bring your own towels.

Entertainment passes are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased from reception. The cost for each Fun Pass is as follows:

Off Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £21.00 3/4 nights are £16.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £10.00 3 or 4 nights are £8.00

Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £27.00 3/4 nights are £22.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £13.00 3 or 4 nights are £11.00

Please note that prices are capped for each accommodation, the capped prices are as follows:

Off Peak Dates:
A 2 bedroom accommodation is capped at £84.00 for 7 nights and £75.00 for 3/4 nights.
A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £107.00 for 7 nights and £95.00 for 3/4 nights.

Peak Dates:
A 2 bedroom accommodation is capped at £103 for 7 nights and £87.00 for 3/4 nights.
A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £132.00 for 7 nights and £109.00 for 3/4 nights.

Bookings & Conditions


A £100 non-returnable deposit is required via PayPal or bank transfer to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. If cancelled after full payment and is within 6 weeks of arrival there will be a 50% refund. If within 3 weeks of arrival date then there will be NO REFUND.

A £50 damages waiver will be added to the price of your stay and will be returned to you on the day of departure if there is no loss, damage or breakages to the lodge or the contents.

Strictly no smoking please. No same sex parties allowed.

The person making the booking must be over 25.

2 small well behaved dogs are allowed, but only with prior knowledge.

Please note that if you are a returning customer that these booking terms will still apply to any future bookings whether you book it via the website, email or text message.
