Free wifi in the caravan and beautiful sea views are included in this family owned, beautifully appointed, luxury caravan with 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), at a size of 40 feet by 12 feet.

It has been rated as a prestige standard. We are situated right on the front row meaning we have an unspoilt picture-postcard sea view - priceless!!

It benefits from double glazing and piped gas throughout the caravan (included in the price) to make it super cosy and takes away the hassle of changing gas bottles.

Occupancy is for up to 6 people and bed linen is included. We can also provide a travel cot, high hair and a bed guard if required. We even provide an iron, ironing board, hoover and hair dryer. All these extras are free of charge.

Living room
The caravan has a beautifully styled living room with French doors opening out to the glass fronted veranda and that wonderful sea view of the Firth of Forth. A 32" TV and DVD player with some books, games, a wii and DVDs for the kids are all included.

There is a modern and sleek line fully fitted kitchen with all relevant utensils, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a full size integrated fridge and freezer and a full size 4 ring cooker with oven and grill.

Dining Area
We have a seated dining room table for sit down family meals.

The 3 Bedrooms
The 2 twin bedrooms come with modern and stylish overhead storage and wardrobes. The master bedroom boasts a large dressing area and dressing table and has its own en-suite W.C. There is a double wardrobe, over bed storage and bedside units for your personal items.

Outside we have a beautiful glass fronted veranda with a table and chairs to enjoy the spectacular sea view. A large grassy area is to the side of the caravan which is a great area for the kids to play. There is also a large patio area with another table and chairs set for you to relax on and dine al fresco should you wish. Also if you are a nature lover, be sure to spot the 2 loved up swans who you can see from the decking swimming past frequently!

We now have free Wi-Fi in the caravan for our guests.

Terms and Conditions

4 & 7 night breaks are available, sorry we don't usually run over weekends.. Booking requires a £100 non-refundable deposit (upon cancellation), which secures your booking and also acts as a breakage and damage bond, this is to be paid ideally via bank transfer. This £100 deposit will be returned to you via an agreed payment method if upon inspection of the caravan after departure, no breakage/damage/excess cleaning has been incurred.

Please note no refunds upon cancellation will be given.

The full sum of the holiday is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email.

This is a strictly non-smoking and pet free caravan.

Seton Sands park rules state that no bookings are to be made by under 21's or same sex group.

Check in is at 2pm and checkout at 10am unless otherwise agreed. We hope you have a great holiday and look forward to you visiting again.

About the Area

With such a beautiful caravan in a prime sea view spot, you may not want to venture far but if you do then here is some information about the site and local area.

There is loads for the family to do at this Haven holiday park, highlights include; a newly updated swimming pool, in 2017 (with flumes!!) a 9 hole golf course, a fishing pond, an adventure trail, a games arcade, a large play park, a laundrette, a fish & chip shop, a convenience store, a restaurant and bar area and of course the beach which can be accessed via a path close by to the caravan.

There are family shows in the show bar in the evening - entertainment passes can be purchased from reception. There is free Wi-Fi in the centre.

Local area

Within the local town, there is a Co-Op and Lidl to meet all your supply needs. Obviously close to the wonderful city of Edinburgh, a regular bus service comes straight into the park to take you into the city centre.

Our recommended family favourites are; Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh Zoo and Dynamic Earth. The 26 bus that comes right into the holiday park will take you straight into Princes Street and then on out straight to the Zoo to see our lovely pandas!

Visiting in the summer? Take in the sights and sounds of the Edinburgh International Festival and Military Tattoo. Out in Edinburgh, another family recommendation is East Links family park in Dunbar. For golfers, the courses in Gullane, Archerfield and Duddingston to name a few can be reached by a short car journey. 5 miles away you will find the town of Musselburgh with its famous horse racing course.
