Situated just outside Edinburgh at Haven’s Seton Sands Holiday Village, our spacious caravan is just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The site itself has lots to do for both adults and children. It’s a perfect location for golfers who want to experience the famous courses at Muirfield and Gullane, or why not try the course on site.
Edinburgh is a 30 minute drive away or if you fancy sampling some of the beautiful restaurants in the City, then leave your car and hop on the bus right outside the Holiday Park. There’s even a train station just 3 miles away with regular connections into the centre of the City.
The caravan is in a perfect location, with views out to sea from the large and secure decked area.
The accommodation consists of one double bedroom (with en-suite shower/toilet), two twin bedrooms with another shower/toilet and a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
For your convenience, the caravan has a private parking space on the drive way at the front and there is a ramp up onto the deck for wheelchair access. Please note that the inside of the caravan is not adapted for wheelchair use.
The accommodation comprises:
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with full size integrated fridge and separate large freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and all necessary utensils and dishes. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for family meals.
Lounge
In the lounge there is an electric heater, electric fire, fold down double sofa bed and a TV with built-in Freeview and a DVD which a choice of DVD’s to keep you entertained.
Main Bedroom & En-Suite
The double bedroom has a double bed with dressing table (with hair dryer) and over-bed storage, along with its own en-suite shower room with a full size double shower, vanity unit, wash basin and WC.
2 x Twin Bedrooms
The two twin bedrooms each have a wardrobe with drawers, an under bed storage unit and over bed storage.
Shower Room/WC
The main shower room serves the twin bedrooms and comes complete with a single shower cubicle, vanity unit, wash basin and WC.
Outside
There is a very large deck area with spotlights and a table and chairs, which offers views out to the Firth of Forth.

Bedding
Bed linen is included in your rental price, for your convenience. Please let us know when booking, how many beds you would like made for your arrival.

THESE ARE UPDATED DAILY IN-LINE WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE*****Just half an hour drive outside the beautiful city of Edinburgh, our lovely 3 bedroom caravan is sited on the popular Seton Sands Holiday Village in Port Seton, East Lothian in Scotland, situated right across thJe road from the beach on the banks of the Firth of Forth.
For serious golfers, the park is very close (within a 15 minute drive) to the famous Muirfield, Gullane and Archerfield courses. Also new to the park is a 9 hole golf course set in the beautiful open grounds overlooking the Firth of Forth; perfect for beginners or pros. It also has a lovely walk around the golf course.
You can enjoy the secluded beauty of a Scottish holiday, with walks along lovely beaches as well as a range of great tourist attractions to visit in nearby (less than a 30 minute drive). There are many eateries to choose from too, ranging from the family restaurant on site to local village pubs or a wider range of restaurants in nearby Edinburgh.
On top of that, the park offers you plenty of family fun and activities in the heated indoor pool (extended for 2017), sports court and in the Show Bar entertainment venue. There are also go-karts and bicycles to hire.
The park has a regular bus service into Edinburgh that departs from the gate of the park.
