Escape into serenity at our luxury caravan, fondly known as Cora, in the scenic seaside village of Port Seton. We offer all the modern facilities you could desire, promising you a luxuriously comfortable and restful break.

Our caravan has it own unique style and is suitable for that short family break; a get-together with extended family and friends; a couples retreat; or a grown-ups’ weekend away. We have everything you need to ensure your troubles are left at the door so you can truly enjoy your vacation time – whatever the circumstance.

Her beautiful and newly refurbished interior offers all the comforts of home, it is elegantly finished with lots of modern touches which truly sets her apart from the standard caravan. Cora, has a master double room with en-suite, along with two twin bedded rooms, sleeping 6 in total. She has ample living and storage space, rest assured all your family members will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Her open plan living, kitchen and diner with central patio doors leading you to a beautiful, enclosed decking, is ideal for a family of all ages.

Our self-catering caravan at Seton Sands Holiday Village, comes fully loaded with everything you will ever need to enjoy a getaway, including:

- Super-fast, unlimited 5G Wi-Fi
- Smart TV in both the lounge and master bedroom
- Beautifully presented interior
- Full, gated deck outside complete with patio furniture to enjoy those magical moments in the sunshine
- Fully equipped kitchen, including a full size fridge/freeze, kettle, toaster, hob/oven, microwave, coffee machine with pods, air fryer, toastie machine and cleaning products
- Pre-programmed, thermostatically controlled heating system to ensure you never go cold or (dare I say) overheat
- Hairdryer
- Master bathroom with walk-in shower
- All bedding and towels come as standard
- Travel cot and bed guard available in request

House Rules

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is by 10am
- Parking beside the caravan is suitable for 2 cars only. Please be considerate to our neighbours and do not block their access.
- Smoking (including vaping) is NOT allowed
- Pets are NOT allowed at the property
- Haven Play Passes are NOT included, but can be purchased directly from Haven should you desire

Terms & Conditions

1. The Contract
The Contract for a short-term holiday rental will be between Family First Enterprises Limited (t/a Family First Holiday Rentals) (referred to as “us”, “we” or “our”) and the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party (referred to as “you” or “your”) in the following booking terms and conditions. As our properties are in Scotland, you and we agree that the laws of Scotland will govern our contract with you (the “Contract”). If any individual term or clause stated in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, impermissible, or unenforceable by law, the remaining terms shall be unaffected and shall remain valid.
This Contract shall come into force on receipt of the Deposit referred to in Clause 2 below. The Contract will be subject to these booking terms and conditions and must be complied with by you and your party, it is the responsibility of the party leader to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.

2. Deposit, Payment & Cancellation

A deposit amount of £50.00 must be paid within 3 days of the booking being placed. This deposit amount is non-refundable. Bookings made less than twenty-eight (28) days before your arrival date must be paid in full.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than twenty-eight (28) days before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.

All cancellations must be notified in writing and once received we will confirm the cancellation. You will remain liable for a percentage of the booking cost when a cancellation is received, as detailed below:

We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

In the event you decide to leave the accommodation, for any reason whatsoever, during the holiday rental period, you will do so at your own discretion and cost. No refund, even partial, will be returned.

3. Cancellation by Us for reasons beyond our control (“Force Majeure”)

We won’t be deemed to be in breach of this Contract, or otherwise liable to you, by reason of any delay in performance or non-performance of any of our obligations in this Contract to the extent that such delay or non-performance is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, if access to and use of our properties are prevented by fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, destruction/ damage, mains facilities, war/terrorism, nuclear/ radioactive disaster affecting us or our properties, otherwise referred to as a “Force Majeure Event”.

If for any reason beyond our control, we are forced to cancel your Booking (or bring it to an end early) due to a Force Majeure Event affecting us or our properties we will refund you the full amount of your remaining lodging costs based on the time of your Booking remaining. This will be the full extent of our liability and no additional compensation, expenses, or costs (such as travel or replacement lodging costs) will be payable.

4. Our Liability
We, our employees, contractors, cleaners, and other representatives shall not be liable to you or your party for loss or damage to your property howsoever arising. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard yourselves and your property. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit any liability that we are unable to limit or exclude by applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

5. General house rules
• The maximum number of persons occupying the property must not exceed 6 persons. Please be advised that no extra overnight visitors are allowed to stay at the property.
• We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance, repairs or for inspection purposes.
• Holiday rentals will commence at 4pm on the arrival date and guests are required to leave the rental by 10am on the day of departure. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a further day’s rental. Please ensure you remove all your personal belongings from the accommodation on departure.
• You must not use the property except for the purposes of a holiday.
• Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property, and any damage or extra cleaning caused will be at your expense.
• Damages and Breakages – please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful of you could report them promptly following check-out. The property will be inspected at the end of the holiday, and you may ne charged for any loss, damage or extra cleaning costs. These are to be paid in full within 7 days of notification.
• If damage occurs and we must cancel and/or refund subsequent booking due to actions from your party during your holiday, we may bring a claim against you for the loss arising because of your actions.
• Please do not move any furniture from one room to another or any of the indoor furniture, furnishings or bedlinen outside. The towels are for the exclusive use of the property and must not be taken to be used outside of the property.
• Never leave cooking on the hob, or electrical appliances unattended.
• We reserve the right to request a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if you leave the property in an unacceptable condition.
• If any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
• The client may in no circumstances re-let or sublet the property.
• You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party under the age of 18 years at all times.
• Please park your vehicle in the designated parking space, ensuring cars do not block access to other properties. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
• Please respect other holidaymakers in surrounding properties and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11pm and 8am.
• We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement with immediate effect where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others. You will be asked to leave the property, without any refund of the rental amount paid.
• It is strictly prohibited to use the barbecue on the decking and must only be used on the paved area. Please dispose of your barbecue properly.
• The use of candles, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, firepits are strictly prohibited.
• WIFI – All guests agree to reasonable and lawful usage.
• Domestic electric vehicle chargers (commonly known as a trickle charger) are not suitable for use at the property and are strictly forbidden. You are liable for any damage or loss suffered by us due to your unauthorised use of domestic chargers.
• Any problems or complaints must be immediately reported directly to us/ our representatives to allow us the opportunity to resolve it.
• Non-compliance with the house rules will be considered as a breach of the terms and conditions of the Contract. We reserve the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect and without a refund house rules are not followed.
• This is a Haven campsite. We accept no responsibility or liability for any Haven element, booking system, passes, activities, entertainment, colleague, holidaymaker, facility or other. In the event of any problem or query concerning any Haven specific element including, but not limited to, any of the above, please contact or escalate to Haven directly.
• This property is privately owned by us as a family and is considered as an extension of our home. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with the same respect that they would with their own home. There was no rubbish when you arrived, please take all your rubbish away with you and dispose in the multiple refuse sites situated throughout the park.
