Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan at Seton Sands Holiday Village, offers everything you could need for your next self-catering holiday in Scotland.
We have been at Seton Sands Holiday Village 11 years now and still love it as much as we did when we first arrived.
As well as Wi-Fi on site, there is Wi-Fi in the caravan too.
Within the caravan is a comfortable living area, comprising the lounge, dining area and kitchen. In the lounge you’ll find a TV with UK channels, a dining table with chairs, and sliding patio doors leading out to the patio area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, built-in oven/grill, separate hob and a fridge freezer, along with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils you could need.
Sleeping 6 guests, our caravan has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double with a TV, vanity table, wardrobe and overhead cabinets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, overhead cabinets, a single wardrobe, mirror and TV. The third bedroom has one a single bed and a single bunk, along with a small closet space and little unit by the bed.
Bedding is included, but please remember to bring your own towels.
We have a main bathroom with step-in shower and small bath facilities, a toilet and wash basin. There is also a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.
Outside we have a decking area, accessed via the lounge patio doors. Garden chairs are provided.
Also provided is a highchair (if required), an iron and ironing board.
The caravan is alarmed too.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, NO pets allowed.
A £50 deposit is required upon booking, which will secure your dates. This is non-refundable in the even of your cancellation.
Full payment is required 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
The initial £50 deposit will then be held as your security bond, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure as long as the caravan is found clean and tidy, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
