Our stunning, luxury holiday home lodge to let on Haggerston Castle Holiday Park is a 42ft x 20ft Willerby Boston Lodge situated at 66 Badger Lake, overlooking one of the lovely lakes at Badger Lakes.

If you haven’t stayed in a lodge before and do choose one of ours, I don’t think you will ever stay in a caravan again.

There is so much space in this beautiful lodge and it’s HALF THE PRICE of hiring a lodge from Haven. If you take a look at Haven's site you will see what a bargain our lodge is compared with a small caravan, without any deck, that Haven would give you for around the same price as we charge.

Also, if you would like a wee bit of luxury for your break away, we’re confident our lodge will provide this for you.

What we are offering is a real home from home. This is a top of the range, Willerby Boston Lodge with a high spec interior.

It has a large, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, plenty of cupboard space and worktop space.

The large living room and dining area includes a TV, Xbox and Wi-Fi, along with a dining table and seating for 6. From the living room patio doors lead out onto the large front deck with patio furniture, so you can sit and chill of an evening looking out onto Badger Lake.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, a TV and en-suite with large walk-in shower. Each of the two twin bedrooms has a TV and two single beds.

Quality appliance and furnishings are provided throughout.

Please Note

Maximum occupancy is 6, plus 2 cars. Any suspected over occupancy will be reported to us by security (3 cars at the Lodge can possibly be an indicator there are more than the 6 guests). Over occupancy will lead to additional guests being asked to leave. No sane sex parties or multiple couples allowed

No refunds are given and like any holiday we strongly advise on holiday insurance

Passes are not supplied. However, they can be purchased from Reception.


We do take a £100 security bond , refunded within 7 days when the lodge is returned free from damage and breakages.

Haggerston Castle Holiday Pak is one of Haven’s flagship sites with an abundance of facilities available on site. These include:

Berwick itself is a 10 minute drive, where you will find shops, restaurants and supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi).
