To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Caravan Description
This double glazed and central heated caravan at Berwick Holiday Park, is Platinum graded and boasts a modern décor and furnishing throughout.
It has three bedrooms, two double and one twin, but to ensure the caravan retains its high standard, I limit the number of guests to a maximum of 5, as I feel this offers more comfort. There is a TV in both double bedrooms.
The bathroom boasts a bath with shower over. The toilet is separate and has a hand basin.
The caravan has a fully fitted kitchen and large living room, both fully equipped for your comfort and convenience.
Outside you will find a brand new (2024) large deck with patio furniture, enabling you to sit in good weather and admire the view.
There is also a mono-blocked drive.
Bookings & Condition
Duvets and pillows are supplied but you will need your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. Alternatively, linen can be hired with beds made up ready for your arrival, at a cost of £30
Passes are not included in the hire cost. These can be purchased separately at Haven Reception.
A refundable bond of £100 is required, which will be refunded when the caravan is returned, free from damage or breakage.
Same sex parties or 5 adult groups are not allowed.
No smoking or pets allowed.
No refunds will be given. As with any holiday, taking holiday insurance is advisable.
Important Note
This caravan is only designed for 5 guests (including children). We do carry out regular checks during occupancy and if any extra guests are found, you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund given.
