Fabulous, modern 40’x13’ holiday home to let on Haven’s 5* Berwick Holiday Park, offering all the comforts of home. Full central heating with electric log fire in lounge . There is also a 40 “ tv and a range of games available for our guests to use .

FREE WIFI is now available for our guests personal use throughout the holiday home with Netflix and Alexa included .

Our home is situated on a front row, end pitch in Magdalene Fields & offers sensational, uninterrupted views of the sea and cliffs.

Lindisfarne and Bamburgh can also be seen in the distance and you can easily walk in to Berwick or the local train station.

Our holiday home on Berwick Holiday Park, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being en-suite to the master bedroom and both having a shower. The master bedroom also has a 40” TV and a walk-in wardrobe with dressing area. There is a TV in the twin bedroom too.

Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the front decking with loungers for 4 people to enjoy the views and sunshine .This is one of two separate decking areas, making our holiday home very secure for young ones. From the front decking you will experience some fantastic sunsets and sunrises, whilst watching the fishing boats going by - or even dolphins! The side decking has a table and four chairs and gets the sun all afternoon until it goes down in the evening.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge freezer, dining table and chairs.

Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Towels are also included.

PLEASE NOTE THE VAN ONLY ACCOMMODATES UP TO 4 PERSONS AND THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.
No smoking and no vaping is allowed anywhere inside the van or outside on the decking . No pets allowed.

Arrival time is usually from 4 pm onwards but we may be able to be flexible depending on the bookings. Departure time is strictly by 10 am.

About the Area

Berwick Holiday Park has two lovely pools; one is outdoor and open from the end of June onwards (weather permitting). There’s also sports areas, play areas, bars and restaurants on site.

The Park is not far from Berwick train station and also within walking distance of the town of Berwick upon Tweed where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. There are many beaches to visit in the area too.

Berwick Holiday Park is next to a golf course and only an hour’s drive from Edinburgh.
