Welcome to our recently refurbished and updated, 2 bedroom, Willerby Boston 16’x40’ holiday home for hire on the award-winning Pease Bay Holiday Park in Berwickshire.
Our holiday lodge for hire on Pease Bay Holiday Park, is situated right on the front overlooking the stunning sandy beach! Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking coastal views.
There is a gate on the side decking, which leads to the side entrance door. As you enter there is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The spacious lounge has large windows to the front, with a sliding patio door leading out onto the private decking area, where you will find a table and chairs, enabling you to enjoy views of the bay both inside and out. Within the lounge is a Smart TV, with free Wi-Fi included, along with an electric fire. There are also a few board games and a selection of books for your use .
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the lounge and offers plenty of worktop space, a gas hob, oven and a separate fridge and freezer. There’s also a kettle, toaster, microwave and Ninja.
There are two bedrooms, one twin bedded room and one with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with a walk in wardrobe .The main bathroom also has a shower.
Linen and towels are included and all the beds will be made up for your arrival .
Our lovely lodge also boasts full central heating throughout, with a combi boiler.
We also have our own allocated parking spot too, although there is always plenty of parking spaces available on site with electric charging points .
There are fantastic sea views from all areas of the lounge and decking where you can watch swimmers, surfers, fishing boats and even catch a glimpse of seals and dolphins swimming by.
BOOKING CONDITIONS :
£50.00 deposit is required to secure your dates and this will be held until your departure and will be refunded once the key and entry fob have been returned and the lodge has been checked over for no damages .
Details of how to collect key and entry fob will be given out once full payment has been made .
Full payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date and all payments to be made via online banking , details will be sent once booking is requested .
Check in is from 3pm .
Check out is by 10am .
NO PASSES NEEDED TO ENJOY THE FACILITIES ON THE PARK .

Pease Bay Holiday Park is in a quiet, peaceful, beachfront location right next to the Berwickshire Coastal Path, so you can enjoy some lovely walks and visit nearby coastal towns.On Pease Bay Holiday Park there is a shop, a bar restaurant serving meals and drinks , a small arcade and a lounge which provides some family fun entertainment . There is also a small children’s park right next to the beach .
Everyone is welcome in these areas without the need to pay extra for any passes .
This lovely holiday park is located in the Scottish Borders and is only a 20 minute drive from popular Berwick and 15 minutes from the fishing village of Eyemouth. It’s also only a 10 minute drive from popular Coldingham Bay and St Abbs where you can take boat trips out to sea and look for dolphins, or even go diving.
Pease Bay Holiday Park is also near to Dunbar where there is a local High Street, train station, shops and restaurants. Situated Just 37 miles from Edinburgh ,easily reached by car or train .
In all, there’s plenty to see and do whilst enjoying this lovely park with its beautiful scenery and sandy beach.
