Caravan Description

Our 2020 Swift Bordeaux caravan on Haven’s Seashore Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth, is situated in a prime spot just a stone’s throw from the beach wall.

This lovely, ‘Prestige’ holiday caravan benefits from gas central heating, double glazed windows and patio doors that open up straight out onto the full wrapround decking. The decking has a lockable gate and comfortable decking furniture for your use.

The fully equipped kitchen and diner, complete with a dishwasher and full size family fridge freezer

The nice size lounge has free standing sofas and a remote control electric flame fire, for that added homely feel. There’s also a 40” 4K Smart TV with a games console and games.

It’s a 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has an en-suite, plus a 30” TV.

In addition to the en-suite there is a shower room, plus a second toilet.

The caravan has its own tarmac parking area alongside. There’s also a patio area with patio furniture for you to use if you don’t wish to sit on the decking.

Bookings & Conditions

A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

A refundable £100 clean tidy and damage deposit which is refund once caravan is left clean tidy and no damage .

Any money paid will not be refunded on cancellation, except £100 clean tidy and damage deposit.

We must also ask that guests ensure all washing up has been done, the dishwasher emptied and all rubbish bags in the big park bins - not left in the caravan or outside the caravan due to the mess the birds are making.
