Spacious, 35ft x 12ft holiday caravan to rent on Parkdean’s Heacham Beach Holiday Park, benefitting from warm air heating to the bedrooms and double glazing throughout.
Available for holiday bookings from late March to the end of October.
The caravan has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a corridor to two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, a separate shower room and toilet, plus a broom cupboard containing the gas water boiler.
The caravan is fully double glazed and has electric warm air blower heaters in all of the bedrooms.
The caravan and facilities within comprise:
Lounge, Diner & Kitchen
Flat screen TV with built-in DVD player; gas fire; seating; pull-out bed in sofa; various storage cupboards; dining table; gas cooker; microwave oven; toaster; fridge with ice box; kettle; sink with drainer; plus standard basic inventory of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
Double bed; cupboards; warm air heater.
Twin bedroom 1
Twin beds; cupboards; warm air heater.
Twin bedroom 2
Twin beds; cupboards; warm air heater.
Shower cubicle; hand wash basin; electric heated radiator; extractor fan.
Toilet and hand wash basin.

Bedding and bed linen is provided as follows: duvets and duvet covers; pillows and pillow cases; bed sheets.
Please bring your own towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
A hoover and some general cleaning materials are provided.
Some garden furniture is provided for outdoor use.
Included in Price
Prices shown include gas, electricity and entertainment passes for up to eight people. The entertainment passes allow access to all of the entertainment facilities on the site: The Boathouse Tavern (club with bar and entertainment); amusement arcade; swimming pool; sports court etc.
Arrival & Departure
Standard breaks are seven nights from Saturday to the following Saturday.
The site do not provide a key collection and return service for our bookings. We will provide this service ourselves on your arrival and departure.
Entry to the caravan is from 4pm on the day of arrival*
Exit from the caravan is before 10am on the day of departure*
*Other times can be pre-arranged when booking.
There is enough space to park up to two family size cars next to the door side of the caravan. There is usually alternative parking available in the main car park in front of the clubhouse if needed.
Please note that commercial vehicles, camper vans, touring caravan and/or tents, are not allowed on the site.
Smoking is not permitted in the caravan or any venues on the site. The use of E-cigarettes is also not permitted in the caravan or any venues on the site.
Well behaved dogs are allowed in the caravan at no extra cost, only if pre-arranged when booking. No more than two dogs are allowed in the caravan.
Please note that the breeds of dog that are listed in the 'Dangerous Dogs Act 1991' are not allowed on the site.
We can only accept bookings from couples or families. Stag party or hen party bookings are not allowed in the caravan.
Any problems found with the caravan or its facilities, and/or any required repairs or replacements, should be referred to us only - not to the site reception.
Any problems that are not related to the caravan or the pitch should be reported to reception, or security if appropriate.
Please note that all of the park rules must be obeyed whilst on site.
Booking the Caravan
Please note that Terms & Conditions apply and that booking cannot be made by a person under the age of 18 years.
Please call us on the telephone number provided and we will request the required booking details from you.
Alternatively use the 'Contact the owner' tab on this website to send us your details, we will then send you an email requesting the full booking details.
We will note the booking details, use them to apply for entertainment passes, and send you a receipt for the deposit paid and a booking confirmation letter. The receipt and the letter will show your unique booking reference number. We will also send you a list of our Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid when booking. The remainder of the price must be paid at least twenty eight days before the start date of the holiday.
For any booking made within twenty eight days of the start date of the holiday (late booking), the total price must be paid on the day of booking.
Payments to us can be made by either of the following methods: Direct bank transfer, or cheque.
Please do not write on the back of any cheques that you send to us as this may prevent them from being scanned into our bank account.
You can write any other information needed on a sheet of paper and enclose it with the cheque.
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time.
Heacham Beach Holiday Park has many facilities on site, including a club with a bar and great entertainment for all of the family; an amusement arcade; indoor swimming pool; sports court; convenience shop and self-service launderette.
The beach is just a short walk from Heacham Beach Holiday Park and there is also a café very close to the beach. There are very good dog walking areas close to the site too.
Heacham itself has several shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways for your convenience. A pleasant place to visit in Heacham is the Norfolk Lavender Gardens. As well as the gardens, there is a café/restaurant, gift shop, animal gardens, play park, and Farmer Fred's play barn for the kids.
Nearby there’s Sandringham house and visitor centre, which is only a short drive from the site. Also close by is the popular seaside town of Hunstanton, with many places to visit, including the Sealife Centre, the Oasis Leisure Centre, a small fairground, crazy golf, shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. etc.
Further around the coast road, there are many great places to visit, such as Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham Hall.
