36’x12’ pet friendly holiday caravan for hire on the 4* Heacham Beach Holiday Park in beautiful Norfolk.

This season we are pleased to offer our third caravan, a three bedroomed 6 berth Atlas Vittoria.

This caravan is 36' x 12'. Some caravans offered for hire are only 10 foot wide and that extra 2 foot of width really does make a difference, especially if you have children or the weather lets you down and you are confined to base!

The layout of this caravan is different to many in that there is a spacious central lounge/dining/kitchen area with bedroom/bathroom facilities at either end. This means that the master bedroom with its ensuite w.c. is separate from the twin rooms which have easy access to the main w.c. thus helping to prevent middle of the night disturbances.

The combined lounge and dining area has ample seating for a large family and any guests you may invite. The open plan design means whoever is preparing a meal is not shut away from the rest of the group.

The kitchen area has plenty of storage and ample usable worktop. There is a free standing fridge/freezer, and a full size gas oven / grill with four burner hob.

There is a good sized shower room where the tray has a plug and is deep enough to bath those little ones that are not yet big enough to be showered. There is also a separate loo and hand basin as well as an en-suite loo in the master bedroom, which also has its own handbasin/vanity unit.

In addition to the master bedroom there are two twin bedrooms each with a small wardrobe and one with its own TV. As well as the gas fire in the lounge there are electric radiators in all rooms to help with those chilly early and late season stays. Gas and electricity is included with all bookings.

Quilts and pillows are provided. You will need to bring quilt covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels. Kitchen towel and tea towels are also provided.

There is a flat screen TV in the Lounge with built in Freeview and a DVD Player. There is also a radio/Ipod docking station. (Please note however that this may not be compatible with the latest iPods.)

We do have a high chair and travel cot that is available free of charge upon request. Please note that the cot will only fit in either the main bedroom or the lounge area.

There is a good sized south facing veranda with outdoor furniture providing a safe secure outdoor space for pets and small children. A barbecue is also provided.

WiFi is available in the caravan. This is provided by Wifinity and is a chargeable service. Free wifi is available in the clubhouse.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome in this caravan at a small extra charge,

Check in time is from 3:00pm and checkout is by 10:00am to allow for the caravan to be prepared for guests following you. However if you do arrive early get in touch with us and if the caravan is ready you will be welcome to start your holiday that little bit early.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information. We will do our very best to help.

Wherever you choose to stay we hope you all have a happy and enjoyable holiday.

Right on the doorstep, about a 4minute walk away, is a lovely, safe beach. It is an uncommercialised area at South Beach with just a café and a couple of beachside stalls, then miles of unspoiled beach. Heacham Beach, although on the east coast actually faces west and sees wonderful sunsets at all times of the year.

Just up the road is the world-famous Norfolk Lavender with their lavender gardens and lavender oil distillery, national lavender collection and herb garden.

A short drive away (or energetic walk along the beach) is Hunstanton with all the attractions of the traditional seaside town: and of course the Queen' Official Residence Sandringham is about a ten minute drive away.

Further afield, but within easy striking distance are the ever-popular seaside towns of Wells-Next-The-Sea and Cromer (crabs anyone?). But with its outstanding coastline and beautiful rolling countryside, so many people come to West Norfolk to enjoy some wonderful walking routes, or take to their bike to explore the countryside. Alternatively, there are great opportunities for horse riding.
