Our comfortable caravan for hire on Heacham Beach Holiday Park in Norfolk, is an extra wide, 12ft x 38ft model situated in prime location on site, offering riverside views.

This three bedroom caravan has an 18ft x 6ft, gated decking area with tasteful patio furniture and outdoor seating; enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or relax and watch the beautiful sunsets over a drink or two.

We have our own private gate to a pathway that leads to the beach, which is approximately 100 yards from our caravan.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms; two twin rooms, each with a wardrobe, and a double bedroom large walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with toilet, mirrored cabinet and wash basin. Warm air heating in bedrooms.

All pillows, quilts and mattress/pillow protectors are supplied. However, you will be required to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels as these are not provided.

The main bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, wash basin, mirrored cabinet and toilet.

The living area is open plan and comprises a wide living room with flat screen TV with Freeview, a separate DVD player, gas fire, a coffee table and plenty of seating. The 3 seater settee incorporates a double, fully sprung, pull-out bed.

We have provided a few board games, a variety of card games and DVDs for family fun in the caravan.

The dining area, which is just off the kitchen, has a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, Breville sandwich maker and plenty of pots, pans and ovenware, along with all the crockery, glasses and cutlery you will need.

Also provided for your use is a Hoover, brushes, iron and ironing board, clothes airier, shoe stand, basic cleaning items etc.

Bookings & Conditions

Our caravan is no smoking and pet free.

All gas and electricity are included in the rental price.

All prices are excluding entertainment/facility passes but these can be obtained from the site office.


Weekly and short breaks are available

A deposit of £50 secures your booking and covers for loss, breakages or damage and is separate to the total cost of your holiday.

With full payment to be made 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Cancelling your booking after this date will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

The deposit will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked following your departure and no loss, breakages or damage found.

We accept payments by direct bank transfer, cheque or postal order.

Site rules stipulate that we cannot accommodate same sex groups.

Families or couples only.

Please don't forget your bed linen, towels and tea towels!

Location

Heacham Beach Holiday Park is situated next to the sandy south beach at Heacham, which has a little café that serves great value hot and cold food.

Why not try a spot of kite flying, crabbing in the rock pools or fishing in the small river on the verge of the site. Or take a short stroll down to the north beach and see all the beach huts etc.

On site facilities include:

. An indoor swimming pool with slide and separate toddlers' pool . Mini crazy golf . Multi, all-weather sports court for fun games of football, basketball or even tennis . Go karts for hire . A lovely childrens outdoor park with swings etc.
. Boathouse Tavern, bar and restaurant that has a small amusement arcade . The main entertainments building for the evenings . Launderette and convenience store

There is also a well-stocked shop just up the road, called Jennings.

Heacham is a village location that has all local amenities, including a Tesco Express, chip shop, Post Office, a few family pubs that serve tasty homemade food, and much more.

Hunstanton, a typical seaside town is just a few miles down the road where there is a Sea Life Centre, fair, promenade, sandy beach, donkey rides and much more.

Sandringham is just up the road, where you can take walks, bike rides and have picnics in the grounds, or view Sandringham House.

Craft facilities for all ages from painting pottery to wind surfing.

Castle Rising old castle ruins is just up the road.

Hunstanton, a typical seaside town is just a few miles down the road where there is a Sea Life Center, fair, promenade, sandy beach, donkey rides and much more.

Seal trips to Blakeney point 30 mins down the A149 just past Wells by the sea.

Snettisham Park Deer safari and farming animals approx 1 hour drive.

Sandringham House /museum/ gardens. Her majesty the Queen Norfolk retreat is just back up the A149, where you can take walks, bike rides and have picnics in the grounds, or view Sandringham House.

Castle Rising old castle ruins is just up the A149.

Holkham Estate and woodland adventure play area and beautiful beach.

Sculthorpe Hawk and Owl moor community Nature Reserve just up the A148 Kingslynn to Fakenham.

Pensthorpe Natural park great fun for the children or even try Dinosaur adventure for older children 8yrs and above.
