Caravan Description

Welcome to our 3 Bedroom caravan located on Haven's Caister Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth - please see the bottom of the page for further details of our other advertised caravans, our 2 Bedroom caravan at Caister is adjacent to our 3 Bedroom caravan at Caister both located on Filby close to all site amenities.

Our luxury caravan at Caister Holiday Park has gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout, along with its own private tarmacked parking space next to the caravan.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for your stay.

Within the caravan is an inviting lounge area with two free standing sofas, a 43" Smart TV DVD player, along with an integrated Bluetooth speaker system. There's also a remote control electric fire for those cold autumn evenings. Double French doors lead out directly onto the enclosed front decking, complete with outdoor rattan furniture.

The kitchen is well appointed and includes a 4 ring gas hob/oven, an integrated fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and full roasting microwave, along with all the kitchen utensils you require for your stay.

The master bedroom has a full size double bed, 24" Freeview TV with integrated DVD player, dressing table and adequate storage. It also benefits from having its own en-suite.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and a 19" Freeview TV.

There is a shower room with a large double shower for all guests to share.

All bed linen and caravan towels are provided for your say, with beds made up ready for your arrival.(we do ask you to bring your own towels for the beach and pool)

We are also able to provide a travel cot, but for hygiene reasons we ask that you to bring your own bedding for your little one.

Haven does not allow any owner to provide entertainment passes, so cannot be included in our prices. Should you require them, they can be purchased directly from Haven either online 12 weeks prior to your arrival, or directly from the Park Reception upon your arrival.

Discounts are available from published prices when staying more than a four night stay ( only available outside school holidays ), please ask about our discount prices

Arrival from 14.00pm is simple and stress free with no queuing or struggling to find your accommodation as prior to your arrival you will be supplied with a "Welcome Email" which will direct you straight to your accommodation where the keys can be accessed from the key safe to allow you entry.

A £100.00 (*)non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates, with full payment required a minimum of 8 weeks before the date of the holiday is due to start. (*) increased to £150.00 when taking pets.

The £100.00 (*) will become a “Care and Respect Security Bond” deposit for any damages, breakages or if the caravan is left in a mess for it to be detail cleaned, ie the Caravan needs to be left as you found it , Your " Bond" will be returned subject to inspection by our cleaning team within 7 working days of your departure.(*) increased to £150.00 when taking pets.

We happily accept a maximum of two small / medium dogs only in this accommodation , at £12.00 extra per pet per stay.

Covid Guarantee - Should the UK government declare or Havens Close the park due to Covid you will receive a Full Refund for all monies paid.
