Chalet Description
Welcome to Maisy's Place. June- July-August are preferred as complete weeks when booking; However, short stays can be accommodated on request, please ask. pets incur additional cost: please ask
We do not charge additional during school holidays. £50.00 secures booking and Monthly payments are acceptable.
The chalet has under gone recent 2023 upgrades; FREE WI-FI, central heating in both bedrooms all rooms re painted, the chalet is cleaned professionally after each stay.
We will always charge a fair price for your holidays; please enquire.
Our chalet is a four berth with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The double bedroom includes a wardrobe and drawers, hairdryer and mirror. The twin bedroom comprises of bunk beds and wardrobe.
Quilts, pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors are provided; we now fully provide sheets duvet and pillow covers at no extra cost, no need to bring any bedding,
double bedroom is equipped with hairdryer and built in dvd wall mounted television
The lounge is nicely decorated and comprises of a leather sofa, leather recliner chair and second leather swivel recliner, an electric stove heater, 32" TV and a fan. There is also a two seater table and chairs.
The kitchen has a full electric cooker, microwave, fridge, slow cooker, filtered water kettle and toaster, along with a breakfast bar
The shower room is a walk in shower; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided by wall mounted dispenser.
The toilet is separate from the shower room
There is an entrance hallway and included for your convenience is an iron and full ironing board. The chalet has double glazing throughout with double French doors leading to a grassed area with flagged seating area. There is parking for one car directly outside the chalet and further parking adjacent.
We take health and safety seriously and have full insurance, annual inspection and annual PAT testing of electrical equipment Within the chalet there is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.
Electric is by smart key: we only ask that you pay for what you use this is purchased at the local store just 5 mins walk away from the chalet,
The chalet has recently been decorated inside and out.
we do require £50.00 returnable bond on all bookings and is returned after cleaning. small pets are always welcome and there is a small charge, please ask for pets.

About the Area
On Mablethorpe Chalet Park there is a tavern comprising of restaurant games area entry pool table arcades,Fantastic beaches are only a short walk away along with the famous sand dunes. There is a land train opposite the site; across the road, through a short trail leads directly to the sand dunes and beach as well as a sand train.
Places of interest include the Seal Sanctuary - a 15 minute walk or you can catch the land train, Donna Nook Nature Reserve and the town center with funfair approximately 10minutes walk. Alpaca farm, donkey sanctuary etc
Just a 5 minute walk away is a cinema, called the Loweden, along with local shops.
The Chalet Park offers easy access to nearby seaside destinations and local towns, including historic Louth, Boston, Lincoln, Skegness, Sutton on sea Alford and Cleethorpes.
There are plenty of places to enjoy a meal out including Italian Chinese Indian and carvery
