We have for hire a 3 bedroom caravan on the coast of Mablethorpe, just a 3 minute walk from the beach.

Caravan Description
Our homely caravan has 3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The double bedroom has a brand new, quilted, orthopaedic mattress. A spacious double wardrobe with dressing table and mirror.
The bathroom has a deep seated shower, ideal for the less able bodied.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, grill, microwave, slow cooker, full sized fridge and cleaning utensils, we also have a Henry hoover available.
There is a spacious lounge with dining area and quality, thick lined cosy curtains, a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and selection of DVDs. Also available for your use we have a Wii console with a selection of games, plus board games. We even have buckets, spades and sand shapers.
We welcome house trained dogs of a small breed at no extra cost but rules apply. We have a medium sized dog cage available for use, this must be used when dogs are unaccompanied.
Brand new for 2016 is a UPVC veranda that has a lockable gate for security with full patio set, ideal for chilling with a glass of vino on a sunny evening.
The price for this caravan is inclusive of gas and electric, no hidden extras costs.
Please remember to bring your own linen - duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets, we provide quality duvets, pillows and mattress covers.
Please be aware, although it is stated in my bullet points :
Entry to caravan on day of arrival is 1500.
What we suggest you do , if you want to make the most of your first day is visit one of our neighbouring seaside places : Skegness, Ingoldmells,Cleethorpes- we have some of the most beautiful beaches - Mablethorpe being the best on the Lincolnshire coast.
Departure on your last day is 10.00, this gives my cleaner and myself time to clean, prepare and take an inventory of the caravan In time for the next guests.
Failure to abide by owner rules may result in your bond being lost.
Please may I reiterate a few points:
Arrival and departure times to be noted.
Linen must be used on all beds.
No animals in bedrooms or on furniture....no pets left alone , uncaged in the van.
No smoking inside- you are welcome to on the verrandha.
If the gas runs out please call the owners immediately.
I strive to create a homely but pristine atmosphere in my caravan. It isn't a new model and this is reflected in my pricing, but I do expect it to be left as it is found.
There is a private owners cupboard in the kitchen. Please do not use items out of this.
Deep cleaning is not included in the price of your break. Sorry to be so blunt , but we have had some issues this season already.
I want you to have a wonderful time , and I will endeavour to meet all holiday needs as far as possible.
A £100 returnable bond is required on all bookings, although we understand that accidents occur.

About the Area
On Mablethorpe Chalet Park you will find new for 2017 The Cedars bar. This is a multi complex which has free entertainment including Cyril the squirrel, pool, bingo & karaoke. It has a bar , with a great choice of beers,ciders, spirits and party drinks ( go on, your on holiday!)Plus a large function room with seating for 200. They have some great nightly entertainment acts lined up for 2017.....not to be missed.
Outside is a covered area for smokers.
Also on site is a shop that stocks essentials, handy if you dont fancy that short walk into mablethorpe yet.
Local amenities, off site, are all a short walk away. Or you can get the sand train right outside the park for just 75p each.
Turn left for Mablethorpe’s famous Seal Sanctury, turn right into Mablethorpe for lots of shops, markets, amusements and prize bingo.
Local shops include Heron, Lidl the Co-Op, banks and a post office.
Visit the Lowen cinema for bargain priced films.
Queens Park boasts a pretty outdoor paddling pool that is free to use.
Locally we have many attractions to visit within Lincolnshire including historical lincoln with its cathedral and castle.
The famous Skegness, go see the jolly fisherman.
Ingoldmells with our answer to Alton a towers : pleasure island, next door is the east coasts largest daily market : Ingoldmells market- full of bargains to take home.
