Caravan Description

Our Atlas Ambassador, luxury double glazed, 3 bedroom caravan situated a short 5 minute walk away from Mablethorpe's glorious Blue Flag sandy beach over the dunes is available for you to have your own great holiday.

The caravan is large at 36’ x 12’ in size and is modern, clean, comfortable and homely with all the facilities and utilities you would expect and more.

The caravan is in an ideal grassed location on the park, with parking very close.

The caravan features in detail are as follows:

Large bright lounge area with comfy corner seating and settee, fully fitted including electric fire, TV with DVD and free digital channels.

Dining area with separate table and seating for six.

Large fully fitted modern kitchen including electric hob, grill and oven, sink with mixer taps and drainer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, plates, cups etc.

Sleeping area separated to the rear of the caravan, which includes 3 attractive bedrooms, all with fitted cupboards, one with double bed and the other two with twin beds.

Toilet with wash hand basin. Separate bathroom with enclosed shower, vanity sink with mirror.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

Bed linen can be provided for £15 per booking. Bring your own towels.

Pets are welcome and are charged at £10 for each pet, per booking.

Please note, if you book a full week during the summer holiday period (18th July 2026 to 29th August 2026), pets and bed linen are already included in the weeks price quoted, as per web site.

The caravan is all electric and there is a £1 coin pre-pay meter for electric use.

Wi-Fi is available on site at an additional cost, which is payable locally.

Our caravan is positioned in an ideal location on the site, in a peaceful position near to all amenities - it is just a five minute walk from the caravan door to the glorious sandy beach over the sand dunes.

You really don't need a car to stay here, the beach is on your doorstep and you can take the bus or the famous sand train to the Mablethorpe centre, which is about a mile away down the sea front.

Terms & Conditions

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £50 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. 

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.
