Caravan Description

41ft x 14ft, Platinum Plus, luxury, spacious caravan/mini lodge for hire on Butlin’s Skegness, set on an extra large, private corner plot with a private parking space.

This truly is, an exclusive, luxurious holiday home at Butlin's Skegness, located just a 2 minute stroll from the Reception and all entertainment.

Being a south facing caravan, it get the sun all day and has a UPVC wraparound decking, complete with sunken LED floor lighting and gate, luxury rattan corner seating area on which to relax. There's also an 8 seater rattan cube table and chairs, to dine al-fresco or for a drink or too in the evenings.

To the side, the caravan has a side door leading into an open plan living area comprising the lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The lounge area has sliding doors to the front of the caravan, leading onto the wraparound decking. It has a free standing sofa and two chairs and a Lazy Boy chair with foot stool. The sofa has an extra double occasional pull-out double bed, that could sleep two extra guests if needed, making this an 8 berth. There's also a 42" wall-mounted Smart TV, a coffee table, free standing table and chairs, plus unlimited Wi-Fi and Sky Q.

The luxury, modern kitchen comprises an American style fridge freezer; an integrated washing machine and dishwasher; full size oven; air fryer and slow cooker; a toaster and kettle, along with an iron and ironing board; and everything else you could need to make your stay more enjoyable.

From the kitchen there is a door connecting to the bedrooms and bathroom.

Two twin bedrooms both have two twin beds, a wardrobe, drawers, mirror and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

The master bedroom has a bay window, wall-mounted Smart TV, large mirror sliding wardrobe, and it's own en-suite toilet with wash basin.

The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, plus a toilet and wash basin.

For our guests’ peace of mind, we have a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm fitted, which are all regularly tested.

Just for the little ones, we provide bed sides, a travel cot and highchair.

We take great pride in our caravans, so please take care of them for us too, and leave them exactly as you find them.

STRICTLY NO pets, NO smoking, NO vaping, NO drugs.
NO barbeques allowed at any time - Butlin's Rules

Any traces of the above will result in losing part or all of your security bond. You would also be asked to leave and will be escorted off the site, with NO refunds given.

Extra Wristbands are chargable at £60 per Extra guest.

Adult Breaks:
We include in our advertised prices 4 Wristbands.

Extra Wristbands are chargable depending on what break it is.

Butlin's Wristband Ages:
Adults 15 years or above.
Children 2 years to 14 years.
Infants aged 1 year or below need to be added to your booking at no extra costs.

If extra wristbands are required, let me know for prices, how many guests aged 15 years or above and children 14 years or under - these will be added to the price if your holiday.

Please Note: Private caravan guests do not have access to Butlin's online booking system, you just join in the non-booked queues. Butlin's guests also join in this queue, this only applies to Centre Stage and Studio 36, everything else is free flow.

Optional Extras to add to your booking :

. Towel Packs - comprising 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, plus 2 tea towels.
Up to 4 guests - £25. Up to 6 guests - £35.

. Early Check-in time 1pm - £20.
.Late Check-out time 11am - £20.

NOT included in our prices:
. We do not provide bed linen for the travel cot
. We do not provide swimming towels
. If not added to your booking, you will also need to take towels & tea towels.

Location

Butlin’s Resort Skegness offers an abundance of facilities on site, including all of the Entertainment Venues (Reds, Centre Stage, Studio 36, Skyline Pavilion, Pig & Whistle) plus Water World, Free Fun Fair, Giants Beach play area, Sky park and Butlin's main beach.

There’s also some activities available at an additional cost, which can be booked at the caravan reception when you check-in, such as climbing walls, Free Fall, Bowling, Laser Quest, Football training, Circus etc.

Should you wish to venture off site, there’s lots to do in the surrounding areas too, including Jump trampolining, Animal farms, Skegness and Fantasy Island. Sea Life
