Caravan Description

Platinum 2023 Caravan for hire on Butlin’s Skegness, on a extra large private corner plot with a private parking space, it is truly a exclusive, luxurious and modern holiday home, just a one minute stroll from the Reception and all entertainment.

It is a south facing caravan with sunshine all day it has a UPVC wraparound decking, complete with sunken LED floor lighting and gate, luxury rattan corner seating area on which to relax, and an 8 seater rattan cube table and chairs, to dine alfresco eat lunch or take a drink or too in the evenings.

To the side, the caravan has double panoramic sliding doors leading into an open plan central living area comprising of the lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The lounge area has fixed corner seating, with an extra double occasional pull-out double bed, that could sleep 2 extra guests if needed making it 8 berth, 42" wall-mounted smart TV, coffee table, free standing table & chairs Unlimited Wi-Fi and Sky Q.

The modern kitchen includes a utility area with washing machine, extra large fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, Integrated dishwasher, 5 burner hob, air frier, slow cooker, 4 slice toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and everything else you could need to make your stay more enjoyable.

The master bedroom is just to the left of the lounge area. It offers an Extra large, king size bed, wardrobes, drawers, dressing table with mirror and stool, plus a wall-mounted Smart TV. It also boasts a Full En-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin.

The two twin bedrooms are to the right of the lounge. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, drawers, mirror and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The first room has 2 full size 3’ beds, while the second room has 2 slightly smaller beds.

Also to the right of the lounge it a large family bathroom with a double shower and wash basin; perfect for the children or any other guests to use. There is also a 2nd separate toilet.

For our guests’ peace of mind, we have a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm fitted, which are all regularly tested.

Any traces of the above will result in losing part or all of your security bond. You would also be asked to leave and will be escorted off the site, with NO refunds given.

Location
Butlin’s Resort Skegness offers an abundance of facilities on site, including all of the Entertainment Venues (Reds, Centre Stage, Studio 36, Skyline Pavilion, Pig & Whistle) plus Water World, Free Fun Fair, Giants Beach play area, Sky park and Butlin's main beach.

There’s also some activities available at an additional cost, which can be booked at the caravan reception when you check-in, such as climbing walls, Free Fall, Bowling, Laser Quest, Football training, Circus etc.

Should you wish to venture off site, there’s lots to do in the surrounding areas too, including Jump trampolining, Animal farms, Skegness and Fantasy Island. Sea Life
