This is a truly stunning and spacious holiday home at Butlin’s Skegness, with patio doors, 2 deckings and private parking.

It is of a modern bright and contemporary style, with complimentary, unlimited wi-fi and Sky Q, for that extra special luxury holiday or short break.

Our Luxury Lodge at Butlin’s Skegness, is south facing with all day sunshine. To the side it has an extra large, 24’ x 8’ UPVC decking with gate and LED floor lighting, complete with rattan Table and chairs, and a rattan patio set to relax in the sunshine.
To the front of the caravan are patio doors leading from the lounge onto an enclosed UPVC decking with rattan seating area.

The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed and comprises of:

Lounge
This has the WOW Factor from first opening the doors. It is an open plan lounge with patio doors, electric log effect fire, wall- mounted 50" smart Tv, Bluetooth surround sound and CD player, with complimentary unlimited wi-fi and sky Q.
There is a free standing corner sofa which pulls out into a double pull-out bed for occasional use (which could sleep 2 additional guests), making it 8 berth, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, freestanding table and chairs, plus lots of plug sockets with phone charging sockets.

Kitchen
The kitchen has integrated dishwasher, washing machine, extra large fridge freezer and microwave oven, a full size cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, 4 slice toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and everything else you could possibly need.

Shower Room
The hallway leads to the very large shower room which has a luxurious double shower, a towel warming radiator, toilet, wash basin and vanity mirror.

Master Bedroom
To the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, which is a very spacious room, with plenty of room to fit a travel cot if needed. It has a luxury double bed with memory foam topper, a dressing table with mirror and stool, plus a 32" wall-mounted smart TV. It also boasts its own en-suite 2nd Luxury double shower, toilet with wash basin and towel drying radiator.

Twin Bedrooms
Also from the hallway are the 2 twin bedrooms, each having 2 single beds, a wardrobe and drawers, plus a wall-mounted smart TV.

We take great pride in our caravans, so please take care of them for us too, and leave them exactly as you find them.

For our guests' peace of mind we have smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms which are all tested regularly.

Important Information

STRICTLY NO pets, NO smoking, NO vaping, NO drugs.
NO barbeques allowed at any time, Butlin's Rules.

Any traces of the above will result in losing part or all of your security bond. You would also be asked to leave and will be escorted off the site, with NO refunds given.

Butlin’s Resort Skegness offers an abundance of facilities on site, including all of the entertainment venues (Reds, Centre Stage, Studio 36, Skyline Pavilion, Pig & Whistle) plus Water World, Free Fun Fair, Giants Beach Play Area, Brand New Sky Park and Butlin's main Beach.

There’s also some activities available at an additional cost, which can be booked at the caravan reception when you check-in, such as Climbing Walls, Free Fall, Bowling, Laser Quest, Football Training, Circus etc.

Should you wish to venture off site, there’s lots to do in the surrounding areas too, including Jump Trampolining, Animal Farm, Skegness Seal Sanctuary, and Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells Market

Secure your Break Now with £100 a refundable security holding bond.
This will be refunded back to you after your stay if no damages.
