Caravan Description
What we have here is 'Kingfisher' our own family caravan, so we keep it well equipped.
Firstly, I should point out that we let to OAPs or small families only. Unfortunately we have been badly let down by large groups of young people in the past so no under 25s or large groups, sorry.
Senior Citizens receive a discount, so always check when booking if one of your party is over 60.
Sited on the Bell Bank site at Chapel St Leonards, our caravan is a 30ft Willerby Herald. It is very close to the sea and all the usual local amenities.
Gas and Electric are free.
Cooking is by gas or microwave oven and there is a galley cooking area.
Heating is by radiator or gas fire.
There is a large shower room with a toilet and wash basin.
There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin single beds. Another double bed can be made up in the lounge area by pulling out a frame from beneath the sprung sofa.
We provide a flat screen TV/DVD combi and plenty of board games to while away the hours if it rains.
In the kitchen there is a fridge and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need.
This is not a business; the caravan is privately owned by us. We have had a caravan of some description on this site for over 25 years and so we can be verified as very trustworthy.

About the Area
The quiet sandy beach is just 2 minutes away at the top of the road, or a stroll through the caravan park.Although we are close to the amenities below, it is near the bottom end of the site and is quite quiet. At the beginning of the lane leading to the caravan there are fast food shops and the Bellbank Family Pub, which has flat screen TVs for viewing sport, has some sort of entertainment every night of the week.
Out in the main road there are amusement arcades and several places to have a meal if you don't fancy cooking. All menus are reasonably priced and in some places little kids eat for free!
There is a Costcutter supermarket and the famous Yabba Dabba Do cut price shop.
Nearly opposite the Bell Bank Caravan Park is the Happy Days Club, which you can join on a nightly or weekly basis; this also has a children's room. Next to Happy Days is The Arches Pub.
About a 10 minute walk away going towards the village is The Club Tropicana where you can watch top class acts perform nightly and where you can also play cash bingo in luxurious surroundings.
A bus ride, 25 minute walk along the sea front or 5 minute car journey away is the famous Fantasy Island Amusement Park at Ingoldmells. Butlins is also situated in this vicinity and day passes can be obtained at the gate. There are also facilities for fishing in the area.
