Caravan Description
Our 35 x 12 Villa Roma holiday home is situated on Sandhills Holiday Park and is just a two minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. If you like to explore there are plenty of coastal paths where you can take in some of the outstanding beauty of this special little island.
The lounge is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, it has a gas fire, coffee table, CD player, and 40" wall mounted TV with Freeview and built in DVD player. There are double patio doors that will lead out onto the decking there is a table and chairs for you to sit and relax
The kitchen has a gas cooker with hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow , a new fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, hoover all pots and pans and cutlery, just like a little home from home.
The separate dining area has a table and seating for four people.
At the back of the caravan is a washing line with pegs provided.
Double bedroom has a king size bed with two large wardrobes, a dressing table area with mirror and extra storage under the window, there is also an electric heater for those chilly nights.
The twin bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to make one double if preferred, it has a large wardrobe, mirror on the wall and an electric heater.
The quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own quilt covers (king size for the double bedroom) sheets and pillow cases, along with towels and tea towels, as these are not provided.
The bathroom has a step in shower, wash basin, and toilet.
The boiler is gas so you have constant hot water at all times.
Parking
There is enough room to park two cars right beside the caravan.

About the Area
Sandhills Holiday Park has access to a private sandy beach that is just a two minute walk from the caravan, the beach offers safe bathing and lots of rock pools for crabbing and catching shrimps at low tide, a nice stroll along the shoreline or if you feel more energetic maybe have a game of football, tennis or volleyball. The two cafes on the beach serve everything from breakfasts, sandwiches, tea coffee and drinks, and for the naughty among us cakes and biscuits etc.Sandhills Holiday Park is very private and quiet, it is family owned and run and family orientated, it has a shop on sit combining grocery, off licence and newsagents, there is a launderette and children's play area on site also.
There are a number of excellent pubs close by, Nabs Bar (just through the gate to Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park) Culver Haven, The Propeller Inn and the Crab And Lobster.
There are plenty of coastal walks just minutes from the caravan, the footpath to Sandown or Bembridge have spectacular views, walks to Bembridge Windmill and Brading are nearby, from Sandown you can walk to Shanklin along a flat Promenade as is the walk from Bonchurch to Ventnor , and from Ventnor you can take another coastal path to Steephill Cove.
The Island is a paradise for tourist's, with history from the start of time with the Dinosaurs, to Queen Victoria's Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle..... For fun packed days out for the whole family there is Blackgang Chine, Robin Hill and the Needles.
There is so much to discover and do on this special island, fitting it in is all you have to try and do, and have lots of fun,or just sit back and relax and enjoy the views, food, wine, the choice is all yours.....Enjoy.
