2016 Willerby Rio Premier is a spacious, 35x12, 3 bedroom caravan that is fully centrally heated throughout.
It is situated on Sandhills Holiday Park and is just seconds away from the beautiful beach and plentiful coastal paths for you to explore.
Our caravan will be available to rent from the beginning of July 2016 onwards.
Kitchen: With everything you could need for an enjoyable stay, the kitchen includes a microwave, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and all the pots, pans and cutlery you may need. There is also an iron and ironing board and a Hoover. At the back of the caravan is a washing line with clothes pegs.
Lounge: Bright and airy with an open plan feel, the lounge has a flat screen TV, gas fire and coffee table. There are doors to the front that lead onto a 7ft decking, offering uninterrupted sea views, along with a table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Dining Area: The dining area will seat six people comfortably.
Double Bedroom: With a relaxing feel, the main bedroom has a double wardrobe and a dressing mirror. It is also centrally heated so warm in the colder months.
Twin Bedrooms: There are two of these and both are heated. The beds are movable so if required can be pushed together to make a double bed in each room.
Bathroom & Cloakroom: The bathroom has a very big shower, a sink with storage under and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet with a sink.
There is parking for two cars alongside the caravan.
Sorry, but we do not provide bed linen, towels or tea towels. You will need to bring these with you.
Regrettably, we cannot rent to groups of all female or all male, as site rules do not allow this.

About the Area
Sandhills Holiday Park is a family run site and has a very relaxed feel, even in high season. There is a shop on site where you can buy all your essentials and it doubles as a small off-licence. Also on site you will find a laundrette and a small play area for the children.There is security at night too, so if you are arriving late you can still get your keys.
There is so much to discover on this lovely Island, it is undoubtedly a hidden jewel. It offers an array of beautiful beaches and fossil hunting opportunities - you never know you may find a bit of dinosaurs bone! For history lovers there's the home of Queen Victoria, Osborne House, or for a fun family day out there's Blackgang Chine; a great place for the children with hours of fun.
I could be here all day listing the places to visit as there are just so many and for the adults there are lots of nice places to eat and drink, but again the list is endless, so just come and relax on this perfect little Island.
