Caravan Description

Originally from the Isle of Wight, and now living back here after a period abroad, we decided to buy a holiday home at Parkdean Resorts’ Lower Hyde Holiday Park. We have enjoyed many visits to the park as a family, which was the reason we decided to buy.

We are a mother and daughter team, both of us being based on the Island, meaning all communication is personal.

We offer a spacious three bedroom static caravan on the lovely Lower Hyde Holiday Park, situated in a quieter area of the park.

The caravan has one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and one bedroom with two small single beds, able to sleep two small adults or ideally, two children.

Bedroom Details:

Double Bedroom - wardrobe, dressing table, under bed storage drawers, bedside tables and overhead shelves/cupboards, plus a hairdryer

Bunk Room - chest of drawers, under bed storage drawers, TV/DVD combo

Small Twin Room - Overhead shelves/storage cupboards, bedside table, Single Wardrobe

Unfortunately, there is not enough room for a travel cot in any of the rooms, but we do have a travel cot-side available on request.

The open plan living area is spacious, with a three seater sofa, two seater sofa, large bean bag and a 50” Smart Freeview TV, with a sound bar and DVD player. Plenty of DVDs, books and games are available in the cupboard.

In the dining area we have an extendable dining table with 4 chairs. An extra stool can be found in the bunk room. (A highchair is available on request)

The open plan, well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge, separate freezer, oven/hob/grill, microwave and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery, you may need making it feel like a real home from home. We even provide a slow cooker and a toasted sandwich maker!

Also provided for your convenience is a hoover, mop, broom, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board.

The unit has a shower room (Large Shower) with a separate toilet

Outside we have a table and chairs with parasol, along with a BBQ.

A guest book will be available for any comments, positive or negative, to allow us to improve the holiday experience.

All bedding is provided and beds will be made up prior to your arrival.

Towels are NOT included.

For your convenience we supply a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, milk pots, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, dishcloth, bin bags and toilet roll. A tea towel and hand towel are also provided.

Park Wi-Fi is available on site

Entertainment passes can be purchased directly from the park reception - these are NOT included in our hire price.

Self Check-in – the key code will be provided the day before your arrival.





Location

Lower Hyde Holiday Park situated on the beautiful Isle of Wight is situated opposite Shanklin train station, with links to Ryde Pier Head. There is also a bus service that stops right outside the park.

The beach is a 15 minute walk from the park, which includes amusement arcades, a bowling alley, children's funfair and fish and chips!

Amazon World is another popular attraction nearby, with lots of fun things for the children to do!

The High Street is a 5 minute walk from the park. Lidl supermarket is situated right by the park entrance, with Aldi and Morrison's a two minute drive away. The Island also offers Iceland, Tesco and Sainsbury's home deliveries to the park itself.
