Caravan Description

This is our beautiful, smoke and pet free, three bedroom holiday home that sleeps up to 6 (including infants), it is located on a quiet area of Parkdean Resorts’ Lower Hyde Holiday Park on Isle of Wight.

We benefit from have two bathrooms, one with a full size shower.

Our double glazed and central heated caravan is a large 2019 holiday home that has been recently refurbished to give it a modern feel.

The lounge area houses a 40" Smart TV, with furnishings to give a comfortable, welcome feel. We provide a welcome folder full of useful information, a few games and books to enjoy during your stay.

The doors from the lounge area open up onto a beautiful, large, gated decking area, which is South/West facing and gets lots of sun in the warmer months. We have added a patio set so you can relax outside in the fresh air. * Recently added beautiful solar lights that come on automatically at dawn, creates a beautiful area to relax.

The kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc and a full size 50/50 fridge freezer to accommodate all your needs. Small Welcome Pack on arrival.

We have also included:

* Freshly made made up ironed bedding on each change over
* A hairdryer
* Iron/ironing board
* Vacuum cleaner & brush
* Clothes airier
* High Chair ( stored under the main bed, we do expect you to clean and return to location before you vacate)
* Childs bed guard ( stored under the main bed, we do expect you to clean and return to location before you vacate)
* Kids plug in night light ( stored in the box under the kitchen sink)
* Hand-towels in the bathrooms and a tea towel for the kitchen.
* WE DO provide 1 x personal bathing per person and a hand towel in each bathroom, please bring more if needed. WE DO NOT PROVID pool towels, please bring your own along.
* NO candles to be used in the caravan / decking arear, hence the ambiance of the solar lights


I employ a cleaning company, who ensures the caravan is squeaky clean and ready for your holiday.



Bookings and Conditions

We have full public liability insurance, and we are compliant with the gas and electricity safety certificates, these are mandatory requirements of Parkdean Resorts. we also have functional smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm and a fire blanket as standard. The caravan is also fitted with an alarm system.

We also offer heavily discounted Wightlink Ferry crossings £85 return upon availability, please ask for details when booking if needed.

Check-in from 3pm and must vacate it by 10am on the day of departure, ready for the cleaning company to come in. On occasion I may be able to offer earlier check-ins or later departures depending on the seasons and bookings.

We have a minimum 3 night stay policy, and I can accommodate any length of stays above this, should you need anything different to what is advertised as available, please contact me directly to discuss as we do have longer and alternative arrival dates, we do strive to help create your ideal trip

50% deposit is required to book - non refundable if cancel, we may be able to transfer the deposit to another available week. (Balance will be due 1 month before your visit), we also request a £75 damage/breakages deposit which is refunded when you return from your holiday provided there are no breakages or damage to the caravan.
